Ugo's is in a great location with outdoor seating. That said, it's fine if a restaurant allows dogs and the dogs and their owners are well behaved. Even after asking the manager to speak to the dogs' owner, his response was " sorry, they are like children running around, what can I do?" Well, do something...you are there to manage... More

Lobster ravioli, Penne boscaiola and Fiori di zucca were all excellent. For dessert, the most heavenly chocolate mousse in a thin chocolate cup shaped like a tulip. Good thing we all shared. The cannoli also was excellent. Good service. Helpful and friendly. Very convenient to Sony Studios, Culver Studios, Culver Hotel, Pacific Culver movies.

The food was fantastic, the service was awesome!! They had a wide assortment of Italian desserts as you walked in. We sat on the patio to delightful July 4th LA weather. We enjoyed some of the best bruschetta we have ever had and a carafe of sangria that was very good. Overall great place and you will love the feel... More

Only been here for brunch. Delicious omelets, breakfast pizzas, etc. On mother's day they had bottomless bloody mary's and mimosas for $16. I imagine dinner would be delicious.

The quality of the food is not as good as a few years ago. We ordered pizza and meatballs and they were very bland and little to no flavor. The pizza was actually cold and did not appear to be cooked all the way. Previous visits were better than this. Also, the portions are not the same size. Probably will... More

My friends and I were looking for Meet in Paris but parked in front of Ugo and decided to just eat there. We're glad we did! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was good, varied, and prompt. I'd recommend to friends passing through Culver City.

Ugo recently did a bit of renovating and so was closed for a couple of months. I went back a few days ago for the first time after the renovations and am sad to report that overall I found it to have gone downhill a bit. First, they revamped the menu a bit - I wouldn't say this is a... More

Amid the bustle of Culver City is this sidewalk cafe that gives you just enough space off the sidewalk to people watch but far enough from traffic that you don't feel like you could be part of a vehicular accident. Some fun and crazy drinks (and expensive) like an expresso in a chocolate-lined martini glass. The gelato was excellent but... More

Just back from Ugo's - initially expected a gelato cafe, but was pleasantly surprised with the dinner menu - we shared a very nice caesar salad, then two entrees: sand dabs and linguine vongole - both of which were delicious - excellent taste and pleasing portions. We started off with temptations from the gelato selection, and then were too full... More
