The best beef tacos! With cheese!

About once a month we have to go to Tito's Tacos to get our taco fix. We love them with grated cheese. Great tortilla chips and salsa too. Inside and outside seating, always very crowded. Cash only, so bring money. We order from inside window, seems to go faster.

It is cheap. But that's like praising a place by saying the food is okay but the portions are huge. Had the chicken tamales. If there was cilantro is this gooey, tasteless, heavy mess it was so scant as to be undetectable. Guacamole was watery. Really? Watery guacamole? Salsa that came with the chips was the only saving grace of... More

A Los Angeles icon, but I've lived here all my life and I've never been - until tonight. Always a line, so it has to be great, right? Well, it was good and it certainly was cheap. But I can't say that I was blown away or that it equaled a lot of other places in LA. My group did... More

AWESOME! Bring cash and patience because the line is always long. We got tacos with cheese and the meat and bean burrito. Amazing. The meat in the burrito was chunky, very flavorful. You also get chips and salsa and their salsa is my favorite!!!

you know how when you were in junior high -- okay, maybe high school -- ok, maybe college -- ok, maybe you still do this -- and you'd see a big group of people clustered around something and so you'd get all excited and stop to see what the hype was...and it was nothing special after all? this is TIto's... Tito's is a certain kind of place. Not so much authentic Mexican food, as it is early Southern California Mexican food. Given that understanding it is a great place to eat. If you're looking for truly authentic Mexican such as is being associated with "street food", taco trucks, etc. You will be disappointed. But if you're looking for A sampling... More

I grew up in Culver City and ate there a lot as a kid. When I come into the LA area you can bet that I'll stop by for an all meat burrito. This trip was an all meat burrito for me which I shared with my son, my wife had an enchilada which she shared with our daughter. The... More

First, a disclaimer, I never crave for Mexican food, I just started liking Tacos in the past 3 years and I have a strong aversion to the spice, cumin. That said, I've known that tito's tacos is rated among the top Ten tacos joints in greater LA area. And I drive by it every Saturday and there's always a line... More

Today I had a hankering for the iconic Tito"s Tacos. Most Angelenos know about these tacos. They are far from gourmet, but they appeal to the budget friendly, they are simple and there is an abundance of real cheese. The crunchy tortillas and salsa given rounded out my meal of yesterday. It was a solid meal, which left me full... More

I love the salsa and tacos. The salsa has a unique taste and looks like it's puréed. I don't know how to explain the flavour other than to say it's addicting. They use regular cheddar cheese, which i love on my tacos, instead of the white cheese. Taco's are shell, meat, lettus and cheese (cheese optional for a little extra).... More
