When I first moved to Culver City friends told me I had to go check out Tito's Tacos. I did, and let's just say I've scratched that itch. They weren't the worst, but they are far from authentic. I'm a total sodium fiend, but the salt level in the enchilada sent me scrambling for my hypertension medication. Sadly, it's not... More

CA resident with many Tito's Taco runs under my belt. #1 This restaurant isn't what many would consider to be authentic Mexican food. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that Tito's is a great place to eat. Their food is SoCal/angelino style and prepared their way. You either like it or you don't. I love it! Just come... Tito's is an interesting place. I would never claim that it is the most authentic Mexican food. You certainly can get very good Mexican food for less money. Yet there is just something about it that always hits the spot for me. It's like "comfort Mexican food" for me. And, judging by the ever-present but fast-moving lines, it must hit... More

Iconic taco shop on the westside. Always a line, but it moves fast. I've been here many times. If I want great tacos, I go elsewhere. Sometimes, I just crave Tito's! This is not a great taco, maybe not even a good taco...But it's Tito's. Tamales and burritos are not great, maybe not even good...But it's Tito's. Salsa is weak-watery.... More

I had 3 tacos with rice and beans on the side. The chili verde sauce is absolutely the BEST chili verde sauce I've had the pleasure of consuming. A little spicey than "usual" but clearly homemade. The tacos were delicious and I'd go here for lunch every day if I lived in the area. It was my first stop after... More

I stay right around the corner from Tito's and this place is always CROWED. WHY? Im not sure. I went there for the first time and we came back home ate the tacos and I told my Husband, I make better tacos at home. I need to open a taco stand. The salsa is watery. I just didnt care for... More

Classic walk up only - simple menu good Mexican fare. Cheap and great service. Just have to brave the line. Only wish they had more chicken options.

This restaurant has been here for years ... we found it in the 1970's and our mouths water whenever we even think of it. The meat, bean and cheese burritos are delicious. It's not fancy, but the food is fantastic. Highly recommend you try it. My hubby loves the tacos! The salsa is the best.

This little gem has a large and loyal following. Located in a nondescript little building on a busy street in Culver City (Westside of LA), Tito's serves freshly made Mexican food but they are especially known and loved for their tacos. Simply made with wonderfully seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, and chopped lettuce all nestled in a crisp corn tortilla,... More
