Culver City is so easy to get to and it has so many good restaurants. Every time I go to Culver City, it turns out to be a good experience. Akasha is no exception. The food, service, ambiance are all really good. This is another restaurant with unique menu items that are really good. Will go back to try other... More

My wife, son and I dropped in for an early dinner in order to meet our movie time across the street. We have visited this restaurant several times in the past and have always enjoyed our meals. This time was no different. They always have great food and the prices are equal to most establishments that are on par with... More

Had dinner for 4 on Halloween night and really enjoyed the show! Food and drink first.... The mixologist is creative without overdoing it. We had excellent drinks from the list, which changes regularly. One of our party likes rum and that night there were no rum drinks listed, so the server suggested and the bar prepared a great pomegranate mojito.... More

Great food, very diverse in offer and price, but fair. We sat outside, very nice. Only disappointment were few roaches outside, but the restaurant could not help that I guess.

We stopped prior to a Forum concert with reservations. No hello, no welcome, no greeting...just a growled question and no smile/eye contact: do you have a reservation? On leaving she still had no smile and a poor attitude--- Ambience and atmosphere is upscale casual and quite attractive. Food server was personable, professional and knowledgable. Food: Salmon, kale salad and chicken... More

We visited this restaurant to celebrate the engagement of a relative. There were 8 of us present and we all ordered different meals. Every meal was wonderfully delicious and beautifully presented. I had the Kale Caesar which was fantastic, and split their small Ahi plate and scallop plate with my niece. We also ordered several desserts which were plentiful in... More

Found this restaurant on Open Table, and was not disappointed. We shared several small plates, including a fig flat bread, chicken sliders and more. . . .delightful mix of flavors, fruits and seasoning. . . . will most definitely return.

When in LA, it's hard to get people together because of the vast distances between friends' neighborhoods and food requirements and fetishes. Akasha has been a wonderful central meeting place where we've received gourmet meals that please a wide range of tastes from vegan to gluten free to meat lovers, with superbly selected locally sourced ingredients. Yes, it's a bit... More

Very funky place as you'd expect for LA. Not for a quiet, romantic night but that's fine, the place clearly has got it right. Service was fast and not too USA style overly chatty/friendly. Good wines, but for these Aussies disappointing that there was only one Shiraz (Syrah). Good value, and would have liked to return for coffee and brekky,... More

Burgers are good, but expensive. Service is OK, too OK to keep me from giving it a higher rating. They do however make the best onion rings I have ever eaten. I recommend it for that alone, just don't expect a warm and fuzzy experience.
