Consistently the best!

We've enjoyed Marche Modern for many years and have never been disappointed. They care about their ingredients and the quality of their preparation. Service is always impeccable. This is the place to go for French-inspired food in the area.

Great choice for foodies with a relaxing, modern vibe. The food is always amazing and there are lovely cocktail and wine options.

This is my very favorite foodie site in OC. To share a glass of champagne & the fixed price lunch with a girlfriend at Marche is my idea of heaven. And no place has such a great selection of cheeses for dessert.

We all know that this one of the finest, if not the finest restaurant in Orange County. However last nites meal was interrupted by a medical emergency and everyone from the manager, bartender, waiters and bus boys jumped into action to help out...thank you staff and we will look forward to dining with you again soon.

We loved the place: the food, the service, the ambiance... as close as you can come to a slice of France right here in Orange County. The owner, chef Laurent, cooks right along the other chefs and is a delight to watch. The open French kitchen is an <open scene> for the visitors to watch while they eat, and it... More

It is THE best restaurant on the west coast. The reason is only the best ingredients are used and you can tell the difference. The staff is trained. They know what to do and when. They have one person walking around with bread (delicious hot baguette) and butter, another refilling your water, and someone to remove your plate when your companion... More

It is not the first time we came here with friends. Every plate is perfect, sometimes even more than perfect for the taste. It is not exactly French gastronomy, I would say it is adapted to USA taste. The fish are especially well prepared, fish of the day was absolutely delicious. Some little criticism about service, it is to my... More

Service - 5 Food - 4 Atmosphere - 4 Danny (Dragmir) was so knowledgeable about wine but did not try to take the spotlight in the dinner. I asked him a simple question about how long Oregon Pinots were aged in barrel and he had great in-depth knowledge and then got back to the answer which was it depends on... More
