Native Foods is absolutely phenomenal! The food is healthy and delicious - and everything is organic! Chef Tanya's recipes are brilliant and amazing. You can eat very healthy and enjoy extremely tasty food. The beverages are great as well! I highly recommend Native Foods!!! :)

I have been a couple of times to this café-style eatery. It's informal but fast and tasty - where everything described as "chicken" or "bacon" is actually meat-free. The teas and fruit juices are great, as are the sweet potato fries. It's different from anywhere else that I've eaten in Costa Mesa so gets extra marks for that alone.

The service is a 10 and the food is delicious .I had the Southwest Chipotle Chop ...delicious! Try the Butternut Polenta Bites for a starter. I am not vegan and really liked this spot.

This was a pleasant surprise for both myself (a vegetarian with some food allergies) and my husband (a carnivore with occasional omnivore tendencies). He was very skeptical, but we were both happy with the dishes that we ordered. The flavors and textures were excellent! The vege-chicken lost their heat in the vertical presentation of being served on skewers (which perhaps... More

YUM! Everything here is delish! I can't say that everything on the menu is overly healthy, but its vegan and that makes me happy. They do have some great salads and a macrobiotic bowl for some ultra healthy options. But they also have juicy burgers dripping with sauces and fake bacon and onion rings galore! This is vegan paradise -... More

We were in Costa Mesa for a few days and are here 3 days in a row. We tried many different things and were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming not to mention attentive even after you receive your food. If you are looking for a place that is Eco conscious, delicious, affordable, with other likes shops... More

We have been eating at Native Foods since the mid-nineties. It remains the best vegetarian chain in the US. We have tried almost every location (Boulder, not yet!) but so far the Costa Mesa location is the one that disappoints. The location lacks parking and, what little parking exists, is dominated by valets. Once inside, the music is too loud.... More

There are plenty of food choices (ie: wrap, pizza, salad, rice bowls, desserts, etc) and all of the items on the menu are vegan! Food can be quickly served to the table and there's outside seating. I enjoy the outdoor community table area where there's a small firepit on the table. There are outdoor heaters if necessary. Right in The... More

Such good food! Love the tacos! Only suggestion... More gluten free options would be nice to see. Most of their protein options (burgers etc) have gluten in them. Otherwise love this place and go their often.
