First Time

This diner had the feel of a 50's diner. The food was average and the service maybe a little less. We never saw the waiter again until we were ready to leave, but he had left the bill when he served breakfast

I love good diner cooking, especially breakfast. These days, it's hard to find in most cities. Everything is commercial like Dennys. I found this place just riding around and decided to stop in this morning for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. It's been in operation since 1945 so it has a bit of that nostalgic feeling to it. The food... More

For some basic foods like sandwiches, soups, salad, basic homestyle dinners etc this is a great local place to go to. Great place to go alone or with the whole family. Friendly wait staff.

Anyone who has ever done the So Cal theme park trip with a family knows how expensive it is to feed every one, this place was a welcome relief on the wallet! Great breakfast, big portions, none of us finished everything, service was excellent, its comfort food comparable to a &enny's, We also had supper here one night and it was really good, the sirloin... Whenever I visit my old friend in this area he brings me here for dinner. These days it is to catch the early bird senior special which includes steak or fish, potato, salad, soup and dessert. It is a lot of food, it is cheap and it is quick. It is what it is. The servers are used to these... More

While the service is consistently inconsistent, the generous portions of comfort food make the visit worth the trip. Anbience and value keep Norm's busy 24/7. While I usually prefer their breakfast menu, last night the steak and shrimp proved a delicious way to end the week. Their chicken gumbo soup is a favorite. Ending the meal with strawberry shortcake was... More

You can't go wrong here. The prices are right. The food is pretty good. The breakfast wrap is the best I really enjoy the breakfast platters. I always add strawberries to my pancakes. Its a cheap date. NomNom.
