An enchanting little oasis in Costa Mesa!

An enchanting little oasis in Costa Mesa! Set back from the busy street is this quite charming restaurant. Very good food with exceptional staff, courteous and knowledgable. Try the whole baked fish. A very pleasant experience which I will repeat.

While making reservations, I had requested a booth. Upon arrival we discovered the restaurant was packed. However, there was our booth, waiting for us. Our server Stephannie was outstanding. Even though she was extremely busy, she was very attentive to our table. She was personable and professional, definitely added to our dining experience. The food was, as always, outstanding.

We met some friends here for dinner and the food was wonderful. The calamari appetizer is a must to order. The sea scallop dish was served with quinoa and asparagus which was a perfect amount of food for me. They offer many seafood dishes as well as steaks and they even had lamb chops on their special the night we... More

Listen just go! Across from the hub-bub of South Coast plaza is a warm and friendly environment that works to serve you. Whether you're there for a meal for two, business or family...the staff understands and works your meal accordingly. (If you're solo, the bar's a great scene too!) It's the biggest, little gem in OC as far as I'm... More

Our family and friends have celebrated many special events at this restaurant. The food is consistantly excellent as is the service and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Chef Mike came to our table and recommended the scallops, explaining the particular type Scott's procures is sweeter than the norm. He was so right. Perfectly prepared, lightly sauced, with asparagus spears over a bed of quinoa. Absolutely delicious. The highlight of the Asian pear salad on butter lettuce was the light, just right, dressing which made the otherwise simple... More

I have visited Scott's many times in the past, and this trip did not disappoint. I had the scallops, which were perfectly prepared. The ceasar salad was excellent as well. However, somewhat overpriced, and the dining room is VERY NOISY.

Nice food, good proximity to South Coast Plaza (just across the street) and Westin South Coast Plaza (5 minute walk). But kinda of a boring place. Not much ambiance. Not much of a bar scene. I think you'll find better choices in the neighborhood......

Four of us had an early dinner before a play at Segerstrom Center. Martinis were so so...sent one back. The service was good and the food delicious. The salads - Ceasar and Beet - were delicious and both the Pacific Swordfish and the Chilian Seabass were excellently prepared. Great place to eat when going to see a play.

During a recent business trip, stayed in a nearby hotel and chose Scott's because of the outdoor patio I noticed walking by. I did not see the inside of the hotel except the hostess stand so I can't comment on the inside decor. Outside patio was very pleasant, despite being on a busy corner with a parking lot nearby, enough... More
