Good food, high prices, spotty service

We are staying at the Westin next door so we have eaten here twice in two days. Both times, we got orders to go. The first time, service was bad. I noticed the online menus have no prices and asked the gal who answered the phone if there was a menu with prices available online. She said there... read more

Scott's is one of the best restaurant's in Orange County. It's expensive but you get what you pay for. The food is second to none. The service is the best. It's a great place for those special occasions. Try the house special calamari. We have never had anything like it. The drinks are generous and the bar is a great... More

We enjoyed the Easter Brunch at Scott's so we decided to make a reservation for the Mother's Day Brunch. We were not disappointed. Basically the same Price Fixe menu as the Easter Brunch with several choices for appetizers, entrees and desserts. A welcome surprise was the jazz trio playing throughout our meal. Our server Katie W. provided impeccable service and... More

We turned up for a late dinner and were well received and looked after. Great calamari and shrimps. Good steak. Impeccable service. Clearly a good choice in the area.

Took visiting friends to Scott’s Sunday Jazz Brunch and we were all blown away with the service, the quality and taste of every single dish as well as the lovely, soft musical background! (What a welcome change from the blaring beat of most restaurants these days!) We all agreed this had to be THE BEST meal we’ve ever eaten anywhere!!... More

Very classy atmosphere inside and splendid interiors. Very serious/focused service people, as if they are expecting HRM Queen Elizabeth II to pop up there anytime. Price is right, except for oysters. Food is good, very tasty and well balanced, although quite basic. Cocktails could have been better, but what is missing there is the dress code. I wish the had... More

The scallops were divine and beautifully presented. My friends had the sole and lobster bisque. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Delightful evening.

I visited Scott's twice on a recent trip, and was delighted both times. The first time, a group of us came in late on a Sunday evening, and were immediately seated at a nice table. The bread was delicious sourdough, which is never nearly as good back home on the east coast. I stuck with appetizers, and loved the lobster... More

WELCOME TO OC RESTAURANT WEEK 2015! The best part of OC Restaurant week is being able to try upscale restaurants at a more "affordable" price. Of course it can mean portions smaller to a "tasting" size, but at least you can say you've been, and have tasted the food. Each year my friend Linda and I try to pick a... More
