People watching from this cafe in the mall is the best. Food is good and the deserts mouth watering. Servers are friendly and sweet, but I feel that the last time I ate there they may have been short staffed.

Two visits; one for a quiet lunch, the other for a birthday celebration. Both were handled with excellent attention and service. The restaurant is a bit noisy, but the activity adds to the excitement. The birthday celebration was on a patio outdoors with open bar and multi-course meal. The food was excellent and the noise level was such that quiet... More

The service is excellent. The menu is typical Italian. Salads, Ceasar with chicken $19, others similarly priced. Pizzas, plain $15, with a slight topping as we had $19 (I wish I had taken a photo) it really looked like a few crumbs of susage, thin crust, but it WAS good! Pastas from $20. Tables close together. Can get noisey.

Being a restaurant in a mall, I rather have a quick lunch here than dinner. Food is up to standard, lunch set is great, I particularly love the salad with their own salad dressing and the ciabatta bread included in the meal. It's great place to go for a nice lunch when in SOuth Coast Plaza Mall

Very good Italian food, great place to sit and relax while shopping at the South Coast Plaza. Kids' menu.

My friend and I have had lunch or dessert here many times and we've usually had a good experience. We came for dessert and coffee to celebrate my friend's birthday. The lava cake was delicious as usual but the service was poor and it was very noisy. We had to ask for fresh, hot coffee several times. It was during... More

I'm told that a hallmark of a good kitchen is its ability to create a dish for you that is not on the menu. Puttanesca is not on the menu, but theirs is better than any I've had in Italy. Also not on the menu is spinach steamed with garlic and lemon, which they do quite nicely. People with me... More

Lunch - pasta with sausage - almost neat cream. Barely edible after first two mouthfuls. Hearts of palm salad with sugared walnuts and a mountain of greens an insult to any one with taste buds. Service crash bang wallop. All at crazy prices. One to avoid i think.

When we go to South Coast Plaza, we enjoy eating lunch at Quattro Cafe. The service is excellent and the food delicious. We shared a prosciutto, cheese and grilled zucchini panini sandwich and a salad. They were both excellent, but it was too much food. We should have chosen a much smaller salad to share. We had the beef sirloin... More

This café is in an upscale mall and was a great surprise. I ate there twice on my trip. The wait staff was excellent. They were almost out of the wine that I ordered but gave me what was left and then I ordered a different glass. The food was excellent. The first meal I ate the Ravioli di Zucca... More
