I don't know why, but they always get our order wrong at this location. The food is decent and there is a big selection, but it's not anything special. It's a good choice if you're going across the street to the theater with children and you want something casual and easy.

walked in, decided to have a burger to go .... it was delicious. It's a big place and pretty busy but the burger was great and a lot better then the hotel prices.

so it is no surprise I enjoyed my lunch. I had a BBQ chicken salad for lunch and my friend had the pot pie. Both were yummy. I love the huge menu and I often have trouble making up my mind when I come here. I've never had a bad meal at a Claim Jumper. Portions are large too, so... More

If you like LARGE portions go there. The quality is not there anymore. I used to like this place a bout 15 years ago but not anymore, things have changed in the culinary industry, unfortunately not this place.

Ordered the special, roast beef with mashed potatoes. My wife ordered the Chili in bread bowl. The roast beef was ok, the chili tasted burnt, could have been dog food. It was very busy and the service was OK, the server had the manager take the chili off our check, which was good on him. But he was way to... More

We went here for lunch today on Sunday. There was no wait and our food arrived quickly. I ordered the tri tip with baked potato and a side salad. The baked potato was loaded with sour cream, chives, bacon and cheddar cheese sauce. Delicious! The tri tip was medium rare and also delicious. My son had a cheeseburger and fries... More

Our party was the 2nd customer to come in at 11 am Friday. Menu was fairly extensive and the food was good. The only downside was there apparently is no complementary bread anymore and our waitress, Alexandria, was kinda rude once she found out we were using a gift card. Overall is was ok, but I would probably try somewhere... More

The place is huge, befitting it's location in South Coast Plaza. The menu is extensive, the service good. I stopped for a late lunch and while busy it was not crazy.

Visited this upper-middle-class restaurant in the very well known and important shopping center. Arrived in the middle of the afternoon, just after the lunch crowd. The server was definitely not interested in being disturbed at that time. The revised/change menu, the lack of a salad bar, and the waitress, which required much additional training , all combined to make this... More

I took a group of business associates for dinner as it was close to our hotel and had a good variety. Wait staff was friendly, food was plentiful and tasty and the bill not overwhelming. Not somewhere I would normally go for dinner as it was very crowded , but given my hesitancy, surprisingly, the claim jumper delivered. Good find!
