After seeing such good reviews of the Fish Company, we tried to go there for lunch today, only to find it closed while the entire corner of the street is renovated. An adjoining business owner wasn't sure when or if it would re-open.

Small, quiets place just off the main drag. Everything we had was outstanding. Get the dumplings and calamari (which is uniquely prepared). We had the Maryland crab cakes which took us back to Baltimore- yes that good. Also seared ahi was perfection. Don't take hotel concierge recommendations, take this one!

We had the crab stick and calamari steak skewers. The crab sticks are skinny spring rolls stuffed with crab and cream cheese, then fried and served with dipping sauce. The calamari steak is cut into strips, batter fried and served on bamboo skewers with dipping sauce. Both were amazing! For dinner we had the crab cakes and orange glazed salmon.... More

Everything was straightforward and basic. Nothing was bad, but nothing was truly outstanding. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was charming.

My husband and I took a visiting friend here last night and it was amazing! The service was great and the food was delicious! The three of us had the fish tacos, scorpion roll, trump roll, charger roll, and the orange ave roll. All of them were great but the trump roll was definitely the best of the night. We... More

We live in Coronado and have walked by this small restaurant many, many times without dining there. Last night we were about to walk by again but decided to give it a go. We were greeted by the very congenial owner. There was one family out on the patio, and two other couples in the restaurant so the staff was... More

On our last day during our visit to San Diego, we went to Coronado to spend some time at the beach before going to the airport. We decided to get something to eat on the way to the airport and I used the andoid version of Trip Advisor on my phone to find a place to grab a quick bite.... More

The Fish Company is truly a hidden gem on Coronado. We were a little suspicious going for seafood at a little hole in the wall located down a poorly lit street, but decided to give it a shot. Boy were we in for a treat! After looking at the sushi menu we decided to go all out on a sushi... More

Saw their sign on Orange and thought we would try it. Very casual, but the sushi and fabulous service made up for it. Would recommend more as a take out place, but the three ladies working that night could not have been more attentive and nice.
