Our first meal out yesterday since arriving in San Diego found us at Miguel's, highly recommended by our daughter who is a fan of chain restaurants. Our favorite is Guerreros in Sarasota so that's the benchmark. Miguel's is incredibly pretty with a lovely inviting atmosphere on a quaint street. We dined early so service was fast and plates arrived piping... More

My colleague brought me here for lunch after we had some business at the Hotel Del. I was pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the property, and I was even happier with my meal! Our servers was great, and they got our food out quickly. It was excellent Mexican cuisine. I only wished I had gotten there later... More

I was recently in San Diego for a conference at the Hotel del and stumbled on to this place while I was looking for dinner one night. Given that the del is on Coronado island and a bit separated from the rest of the city I was pleasantly surprised to find the food was both good and the prices didn't... More

Very convenient to Del. Right across the street. Chips are awesome. Can't get enough. Had the shrimp Caesar salad. Filling and very good. Would like to come back for dinner and try a heartier dish and a margarita with those chips. Service was prompt and in and out timey for a short lunch break.

Food was good, I'd eat it again. But over two weeks in Coronado, we didn't return. There are so many better places to explore. Margaritas were good too. Mole sauce really did not impress me - but it was good.

Miguel's is the best restaurant on Coronado. It is quite popular, so it pays to go early or wait a little while. Worth the wait, so hang in there. Make sure you sit in the courtyard. Some of the best Mexican I have every had, outside of Mexico. Don't forget to grab a pitcher of Marguerita to wash the meal... More

We have just returned from a cruise to the Mexican Riviera and were just looking for an early lunch. Decided to stop here based on trip advisor reviews. We were not steered wrong. The food and the service were both amazing. Start with the chips and salsa. They have a white cheese sauce with jalapenos in it, just the right... More
