I had a very nice Ribeye. The clam chowder was also good. It's not really a 4 rating. More like a 3.5 rating.

In town to visit a friend, we took a stroll along the beach and ended up at Sheerwater. I had dined here before when I stayed at the Hotel Del, but it had been years and I wondered if it was as good as I remembered. Yes it was! I requested a rather tricky off menu cocktail, and the bartender... More

We had lunch here yesterday outside and shared a chili dog with french fries. It was a relaxing afternoon there and we walked around and shop at the Del.

There's nothing like cocktails and appetizers on the veranda at sunset. Its not cheap, but the hotel itself, and the service to maintain it, isn't either, and our drinks were perfect, as was our food. Perfect evening.

I guess coming from Las Vegas your expectations of a Buffet are always a little over the top. The food at sheerwater was ok nothing to be impressed on the Brunch buffet. The wait was 30 mins as they said first open table. We sat outside. Our server Rey Rey was nice guy very polite and he was nice to... More

We dined here on a day trip to the resort. Parking was very difficult - the hotel lots were all full, so we parked on the street. The rate is only 25 cents per hour, so that was a pleasant surprise. We were immediately seated and greeted by a very friendly server. After getting a glass of wine, we had... More
