This is a great local restaurant. The staff is friendly and very willing to assist with special requests. Wonderful atmosphere, inside or out, although we ate outside both times we ate there. You'll like.

This is your "got-to" coffee and baked goods spot on Coronado Island! Been going here for year on weekends away and vacations to San Diego. You won't find better. I promise you.
Have a puppy? Bring them along and grab a table on the patio with a dog bowl! Completely pet friendly.

When out walking desperately looking for a starbucks a local directed me to Tartine. I was not disappointed. I had the best cup of coffee by the friendliest person and brought back the most delicious pastries fresh out of the oven to the rest of my party. We feasted on the greatest breakfast. We are still here and will be...

Recommended by a friend, my husband and I were disappointed. We ordered 1 glass of wine and 2 beers (wine was $8.50/glass) We ordered a salad to share, and then our entrees. The fisherman's stew was good, loaded with shellfish and well seasoned, but my baked pompano arrived with a strong fish smell, implying it could have been a little...

Tartine was a great find. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on the patio one day and returned the next afternoon for a decadent dessert and coffee. Tartine is perfectly preferred food with a French flair. Breakfast, lunch, dinner are all wonderful there and the prices are very reasonable.
Best Food in town, Friendly and good service, not expensive, pretty atmosphere please go try it yourself you will not be disappointed.
We took the ferry over to Coronado and were looking for a light snack for breakfast. As we were walking along Orange Avenue to the famous Del Coronado we passed by this little restaurant. As others have said it has quite the continental feel to it. Helped by the lovely fresh French breads. We were shown to an outside table,...

Love the food at a reasonable price. It was very good with a not-to-overwhelming menu. They have an assortment of teas...delicious coffees...and I believe even wines. We enjoyed the menu. I particularly liked the curry chicken.
We love to stop by here when we are in the area. They have great fresh baguettes and coffees and other things that remind me of times in France at little bistros. It gets a little noisy sometimes but the service is usually friendly and prompt and the food is fresh and tasty with lots of variety.
It is so much fun to enjoy lunch or a pastry in their sidewalk cafe on a beautiful San Diego day. The food is delicious, service attentive, and the atmosphere relaxing. For dessert we love the pavlovas. After lunch we enjoy a walk along the waterfront, enjoying the view of San Diego.
