I am a local resident who took my cousin from out of state to eat at Tomaso's. I had heard it was the best Italian food around, so we were very much looking forward to a great Italian meal, her favorite cuisine. This was our dinner choice for our last night in SD. It was upscale without being fussy, and they were very accomodating to our 3 year old. The food (I had an the eggplant) was delicious, and it was overall a very pleasant wonderful experience. more

We tried the small pasta place across the street but the wait was too long. THANK GOODNESS, because this restuarant was more upscale, with inside seating and air conditioning.
