While this brunch is pricey it is certainly worth the splurge! Food choices outstanding and varied.Even with just taking samples of food we were not able to taste everything. The chefs were really friendly and willing to discuss the station they were working. Plenty of opportunity to try some different items. The only negative was our waiter was quite negligent... More

Food was decent but expensive. Small portions. Birds flew into restaurant and ate the muffins that were uncovered. Not very sanitary but okay for the birds. We ate indoors near the terrace because the outside seats had a longer waiting time.

We splurged to experience the Crown Room Sunday Brunch and it was worth it! It was very expensive but the food selection was vast and delicious and we really enjoyed the champagne, mimosas and bloody marys. The service was excellent too. The food selection was huge but much more upscale than a vegas type buffet. Glad we went!

I was not impressed with salad.so many ingredients, but was so bland. I didn't understand the popcorn in it. Felt like I was paying for namebrand, instead of fine food.maybe just a bad choice. Oh well.

My husband and Navy Corpsman son wanted to have a meal where the hotel/restaurant can see the Seal candidates battle the rocky seashore to land their "itty bitty boats" but didn't really understand how big this place is. And the BUDS teams weren't in operation there at the time. But it was great anyway. The hotel is just stunning. Full... More

My friend and I had lunch and dinner at the Crown Room at Hotel del Coronado and found both to be one of the finest meals we had ever eaten. Everything about this facility is 5 *, lobby, public spaces, restaurants, shops, etc. Although we have never stayed at the hotel (beyond our budget), we like to still see the... More

I am very particular about my clam chowder and this hotel has the best I've ever had! (Sorry, Moe's in Oregon.) We had a lovely time with excellent food and service. The waiter brought by a couple of old framed black and white photos for us to see of the hotel back in the day. What thoughtfulness! The ambience was... More

If you like to eat...this is the place for you. I love Prime Rib and certainly got my money's worth after the third slice. If you are coming here to eat waffles and eggs you have come to the wrong place. Though those items are offered you are paying so much money that you should really be eating meat or... More
