Huge Burgers

We stopped in while looking for a place on Valentines day night, this place had the shortest wait! The others at my table had burgers which they all said were very good, and by my accounts they were HUGE, I had fish and chips and it was over cooked and very Blah. While I will admit it was very... read more

Nicky Rottens has a great view of the San Diego Bay and city skyline. It has open windows and certainly takes advantage of its nearly seaside location. We enjoyed sliders and burgers and all of the food was very good. We hit it at happy hour and enjoyed reasonably priced drinks and good pours. Very tasty fries and burgers as... More

Family stopped in for lunch. Four had burgers and all loved them although it was very messy and fell apart. Garlic fries were good. Good cider and nice pub atmosphere

Stopped in Nikki Rottens for a burger on a Saturday afternoon. The open atmosphere along with the outside seating made this a nice place to visit. Burgers were large and French fries were plentiful. Being near the San Diego Bay offered a wonderful view and overall nice atmosphere.

Noisy, full of TV screens, food was barely edible. I can't imagine going to such a place voluntarily.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated very quickly however we were the last empty table. Since it just started getting busy service was a bit lean although the food was served hot. The burgers were very good. Both burgers had a good char on the outside and perfectly medium on the inside. A very good balance... More

Good burgers but what is with naming them. Carrie Downey sliders - apparently named after the former and upcoming city council member who pulled strings for them. So, naming a plate is someone corrupted, don't you think. Other than their lack of policical correctness, the food is good.

My husband and I went here to watch the Patriots game while we were staying on Coronado Island. The waitresses were very attentive and the food was good pub-style food. There are plenty of televisions and they were very nice in changing the station on the television that my husband wanted to watch based on where we were sitting :)

I'm from the mid-west. I know good burgers. This was one of the best. Go on Sunday afternoon and watch football. A fun and friendly place!
