My husband & I stayed in Coronado in August 2014. We stayed at the Del & walked down Orange Ave. we spotted a good looking restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building. We heard live piano music & walked upstairs to see where it was coming from. From the first minute, the staff was extremely friendly, the pianist was... More

We went for dinner after a day by the beach. Giorgio was our waiter and we couldn't have been treated better. The food was excellent and well prepared. Best tiramisu we've had in a while. Great food, good wine, great atmosphere. We would definitely go back the next time we're in Coronado.

We found this restaurant while walking downtown from the Del. My husband wanted steak so when we passed by we decided to give it a try. The maître d' was standing on the street and seated us immediately. My husband ordered the Grigliata Di Carne (8 oz.‏ skin-on airline chicken breast, 4 oz. filet mignon and Italian sausage served with... More

Very relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. Be sure to sit outside and enjoy live piano bar at same time. Kids eat free with 2 paid adult entrees. The kids love the spaghetti and meatball. My husband orders chicken Parmesan every visit and I change it up. I've enjoyed all the soups, wines and entrees I've ordered. Can't miss with any... More

We recently ate here on a trip to Coronado. In addition to being extremely overpriced, the food was, at best, mediocre and the service was snobbish. Would not recommend this restaurant.

The service was excellent but the food was subpar. It started off bad right from the start when they brought bread with olive oil and balsamic. I asked for them not to put the balsamic in. I do this to taste the quality of the olive oil. The oil was tasteless and had no olive smell. This was not real... More

We eat a lot of Italian food, and we appreciate quality. We found it here! All of the pasta dishes we ordered were very fresh and the bolognese was outstanding. Seafood was also great. We ate here two nights in a row, and were not disappointed. Beautiful outdoor seating area too. If you are in Coronado, you should definitely eat... More

Our family stopped to eat here after walking from the del Coronado. The service was great, the food was excellent, especially the crab cakes and pasta, which is made in house. Everyone loved our meal. It is a more upscale restaurant, but is kid friendly.

Extensive menu with lots of delicious choices. We had the lobster ravioli and lobster risotto (special for the day) along with a crab cake as appetizer. Being from Maryland, we are crab cake aficionados, and this was one of the best we've had. The lava cake was good for dessert, but skip the gelato...go down the street to Nado Gelato!... More
