My husband was hungry for fresh seafood so we decided to try Brigantine for their swordfish. He was happy with his entree but the watery cole slaw was disappointing. My dinner of seafood combo was terrible. Greasy, small portions akin to Long John Silvers. The scallops (2) were the size of a dime with a fried crust the size of... More

Our family of four ate here for dinner. The service was good. The food was lackluster with better choices nearby. The kids meal portions were tiny compared with other restaurants. The fruit drinks from the bar were good.

Went eith the entire family and was very impressed. Great service and reasonable prices. The fish and salads were very good and well prepared. Nice atmosphere for families and those who want a nice date. Keep up the great work.

Our food, with the exception of the clam chowder, was delicious. Our server had a very large party as well as our 2-person party so there were gaps in service...it was probably 15 minutes between getting our drinks and actually placing our order. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

It is a nice place to sit on a patio in Coronado across from the grand hotel Last year we had a great lunch. It wasn't nearly as good as we remember He had soft shell crab. It was deep fried which leaves me thinking it was frozen not fresh - a travesty when you're so close to the ocean... More

The atmosphere is quaint, if dated, The waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. The best part of the meal was the hot fresh bread served before the meal. The food was good, but not outstanding (I could make about a dozen suggestions on how to improve it).

Both the grilled swordfish and battered fish tacos were really good, but I'd recommend the swordfish. Great pico de gallo too. My daughter is a picky eater, so she orders grilled cheese most places. She said theirs was awesome.

We came here on our first night in San Diego - after 3 nights in Vegas we felt the need to experience something much more coastal! We were going to walk past it but the menu tempted us, and though we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table it was worth it. Some of the specials were a... More
