Tasty

Nice little gem just a few minutes from the Hotel Del Coronado. Good homemade pizza and fast. Beer was a bit pricey ($7) but the pizza is reasonable and tasty. Ingredients were real and didn't appear processed. Service was great especially considering we were there during the lunch rush hour. Wife... read more

I ate at Village Pizzeria not once but twice on my last business trip. Service is friendly and fast. And the pizza is GREAT. Just had pepperoni on thin crust and it was excellent. Will be back next time I am in town.

We stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner after a day on Coronado Island. We had the garlic knots for an appetizer (tasty, nothing special) and a sausage/sweet onion/roasted pepper/portabella mushroom pizza with the NY crust. The pizza was really tasty and a small served two of us easily with leftovers. The total bill was $25 which was a relief... More

On a recent trip to Coronado Island, stopped at Village Pizzeria after a day of exploring. This restaurant has two locations, one at the Ferry Landing and one on Orange Avenue. We were walking back to our hotel and decided to stop at the Orange Avenue location after eyeing some delicious-looking pizzas. They did not disappoint. A nice glass of... More

The pizza was about as good as it gets for west coast "New York" pizza. I guess shipping in their water from NY pays off. I'm picky about my pizza and it was pretty good. Pricing was great, the only down side is no alcohol served outside cause they don't have the license. I would come back bext time I'm... More

Ended up doing multiple appetizers and a couple of slices. Appetizers were large and pleanty to share with 7 people. A little expensive but it is Cornado so we expected it. Walking distance from the beach and the Coronado Hotel. So if you're sightseeing leave your car parked and stroll to this place.

Eating pizza at this restaurant is a tradition we have upheld for several trips to Coronado. The pizza is very good and service is great. I highly recommend.

We dropped by here for a pizza about 7 PM and the place was mostly empty. We have eaten here in previous visits and the pizza was better than this trip. Good local beers listed on a chalk board but we didn't get a lot of information about what was what. The pizza was mediocre at best. The price was... More

Came here last year and this was where the kids wanted to go again. We even sat at the same table. Pizza was first rate, service was quick and friendly. Best thing after a long day of fun at the beach.

It's our go to place when vacationing on Coronado. The pizza and salads are very tasty and the price is reasonable compared to most places on the island. Summer wait times aren't too bad, but if you're in a hurry, they have a takeout only entrance on the other side of the bar.
