The Village Pizzeria is OK, but we recently ordered the Sicilian thinking it was going to be a deep dish pizza. Turns out it was a made to order quarter-sized rectangular pizza that is heavy on the crust. Toppings tasted good, but it was not the classic round deep dish. Other pizzas and entrees are good, but be wary of... More

It was very good and inventive pizza. Nice pizza menu, with pasta for the fussy child. Not expensive, and had a nice bohemian atmosphere.

Great little restaurant! Cozy but in a good way; not one where you're right up against your neighbors. TVs were running multiple sports events so there's plenty to keep you entertained. Service was quick and friendly! And the food, oh the food! I had a pear salad to get started and it was delicious and not tiny like some places.... More

Time your visit to Coronado to be hungry between the hours of 3 and 5PM. Why? Well, the Village Pizzeria has a Happy hour then with half price appies, cheap slices, and cheap beers! What more need to be said? We spent $35 here for a family of four, and didn't even come close to finishing our meal. Pizza, garlic... More

Neat little spot in great location! Pizza was hot and tasty, beer was icy cold and the restaurant was family-friendly! Service was good, and food was ready in little time! We'll be back!

We were in the mood for pizza and checked out TripAdvisor for some good suggestions. We decided on Village Pizzeria. When we arrived it appears to be that "local neighborhood pizza place” where people go to enjoy pizza. The atmosphere was great and the the staff was equally the same. Do not expect much from the pie, though. It is... More

We have been eating at Village Pizzeria in Coronado California for many years now. The appeal to us is their happy hour special. For $2.50 a slice of pizza and $3.00 draft beers we can have at least one affordable meal during our stay in on the island. It's located on the Hotel Del Coronado end of Orange Avenue and... More

Good quality, but a bit pricy. They should have more specials to compete with other in town. This is connected with Moo Time, Leroys, Island Pasta, and probably others. The prices at all seem to rise.

Best salad ever! The warm bacon spinach salad (say yes when they ask about blue cheese crumbles).my mom ordered the pear gorganzola salad, she was equally pleased. The waitress, remembered us from the time we went earlier in the week, good memory, she made us feel welcomed back.

Went to the Village Pizzeria after a long day of taking photo's in the area. A friend recommended this place and said they had the best pizza in town. We ordered our pizza and our friend was correct. The service was good considering it was busy and the pizza came in do time. Great beer to choose from along with... More
