It's our go to place when vacationing on Coronado. The pizza and salads are very tasty and the price is reasonable compared to most places on the island. Summer wait times aren't too bad, but if you're in a hurry, they have a takeout only entrance on the other side of the bar.

I've been here several times, each each time is great. Good pizza and salad. Big local beer selection. Bathroom in the back good for washing up after being at the beach which is steps away.

Great location and the siitting area outside provides vast view of the ocean. The food is very moderate. Pizzas remind you( at its best) the frozen super market pizzas. Sandwiches ' bread has an elasticity that could be well for rubber.

Good pizza, fun atmosphere, and convenient to Coronado beach hotels. The crust was great and my wife and daughters LOVED the Roasted Veggie pizza. Plus, they have gluten free!

We were staying on Coronado for a lengthy visit. Always walked past Village Pizzeria but never stopped to try it. It was GREAT pizza, and being from Chicago we know something about pizza. Service was quick, pizza was exactly as we ordered it (well done, extra crispy) and our server, Breielle, was just a doll.

My wife and I ordered the calzones while eating at this restaurant. The place was great and so was the service. The calzones were huge, so big that we had to take some back to the hotel with us, my wife finished hers in 3 sittings. They were loaded and delicious. Highly recommend ordering one if you have a big... More

The Village Pizzeria was right across the street from where I was staying. I ran over there late one night to grab something quick to eat. It is down some steps so don't miss it. A small place but I was not disappointed in the least. Fresh, hot and NOT your standard chain pizza taste.

Not as good as the legendary Bronx pizza of San Diego this little shop serves a nice pie. Tasty with just the right crunch in the crust. A good selection of beers are available as well. I think this is the best pizza on the island. It is near the del and so easy to walk to even in the... More

If you like real pizza, this is a good place to go. Medium crust was wonderful. Our wait staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu and the beer and wine lists. I'd eat here regularly if they were in my home town. Not to pricey, yet comfortable and friendly.
