Excellent place for lunch, snack or awesome baked goods and watching all the fabulous cars cruise by...

This is an easy access, easy parking kind of place off PCH. There is something for everyone. Salad, amazing sandwiches, soups, excellent ice tea. There is really nothing bad to say! Breads are super fresh - veggies are also right off the farm. Staff is helpful and friendly. If you need a quick... read more

We stopped here on our way to Capistrano and had lunch outside. The sandwiches were great and the sweet potato fries and zucchini was also very good. Great service and outside dining You can't miss at Roses's

I'm originally from Corona Del Mar, and still come back several times a year to visit family. When I'm in town, this place is a "MUST VISIT" for not only me, but my wife as well, because: this place has great EVERYTHING! Love their donuts (cake ones are especially good), breakfast burritos are fantastic (love the squeezable packets of tapatio--they... More

met here with a friend for breakfast a few weeks ago and it was really good. i ordered the egg sandwich on a croissant - YUM. the coffee is good as well, and there's lots of good seating outside on the patio, perfect for a sunny morning brunch. they were super busy and things were a bit chaotic... i got... Friends and I picked up some breakfast to go before going to Corona Del Mar to catch the sunrise. We had the california burrito which was to die for - bacon, spinach, eggs, hash browns, avocado with salsa on the side - so good! Their coffee is great as well. We also tried their donuts which were freshly baked. Definitely... More

Stopped in on the way to the airport. Definitely going back. The baked goods are extraordinarily good and the cooked items (burritos, scrambles, etc.) are excellent. Great selection of beverages and smoothies. I can see why the locals favor it. Strikes me like a good NYC bakery. Only issues is not enough seating capacity nor parking. They could double the... Outdoor terrace is always crowded during lunchtime. Place your order at the counter; food will be brought to your table. Friendly service

if you can find a parking spot this spot offers large and tasty b'fast burritos as well as ala carte eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage etc. Great coffee with several selections from large urns. Outdoor seating on patio. Parking is at a premium on the already crowded streets of CdelMar so go at your peril. A good spot to view all... More

My son absolutely adores the breakfast burritos and would never miss getting one when he visits CDM. I'm afraid it's the donuts that attract me. This place is always busy, but they have enough staff on to accommodate everyone. Lots of take-out, but with a pleasant little seating area outside. You can tell how good it is by the constant...
