So, it's sad, but, you pay for the atmosphere here, and maybe the name too. 5 star lodge setting and wait staff, but 2 stars for the food. The seafood comes from frozen/thawed/frozen again packaging (you can taste it), they used pre-packaged, name brand food for the kids menu and their steaks are cooked and heated again for way too... I got a porterhouse. Its supposed to be a ribeye and a new york. It was tiny.it was a ribeye I sent it back. That was the way it was, per the waiter. The food was fair. Thats all I could say about it. I wanted it to be good. It wasn't.

Large menu selection. Good quality fare and for a good price. Love the meatloaf and pot pie. Good hours.

It is rather a 3,5 - the burgers were good, fries mediocre and the Thai slaw somehow creative. The starter, potato skins, was below average, dry and rather starchy. The special Margarita was OK taste-wise, but alcohol was either absent or used in homeopathic doses. The atmosphere was nice (we could choose between waiting 20 mins or immediately seat ourselves... Several years back (6-7 years ago), I used to frequent this restaurant quite a bit but during my last visit this week, I was disappointed. The fried calamari sticks were clumped together when it arrived, which is difficult to share. I ordered the Asian salad with added chicken but I thought the salad was quite skimpy for the price; mostly... More

Extensive menu means that everyone can find something that appeals to them for dinner. Food appears promptly....but you aren't being rushed out the door. Portions are large so keep that in mind while ordering.

If a consistently full parking lot is an indication of consumers' preference, then Claim Jumper must be doing something right! This place has great food, and the portion size is more-than-ample for even a big eater like me. I've never eaten at this restaurant without taking home a doggie bag. This almost never happens at any other restaurant we visit.

Claim Jumper has a great happy hour menu. The food is hood, the portions ate huge, and its a great value for your money. The bar and restaurant tend to be a little too noisy ... But well worth the price.

Great atmosphere and good food, not to mention the fantastic service. If I were to have a complaint (which I do not) it would be the amount of food per serving. The servings are too much for any normal person, but so good it is hard not to try.to finish the plate.
