It's across the street from Tesoro where our boys work, we always go here for lunch when I come down. Haven't had anything bad. I usually bring a cooler and take ribs and chicken back to Oregon.

Kinder's is a great place for barbecue! It always has great selections and they have a really great mix of sandwiches. I always prefer the barbecue sandwich which is always great. They try to do good on service, but sometimes it can be extremely busy, so watch out for that. Also, make sure you know exactly what you want and... More

Hi gang, This is actually for the Kinder's in Hercules, Ca. Been there many times with satisfaction. The Mrs. asked a ball tip sammie (always a fav) and I opted for a combo plate. Counter person wrote down our order and proceeded to fill our request. The meat choices are ribs, ball tip and chicken. They were out if chicken... More

The last 2 times I visited they skimped on the meat that went in my sandwich. I'd rather go to Dickie's which is just right around the corner.

The tri tip sandwich I had was not very flavorful and the meat was kind of chewy. I tried to use the barbecue saucy to give it some flavor but the sauce tasted like it came out of a bottle. Nothing really special at all.

Actually it is the Ball tip sandwich that I order and I add the BBQ sauce from the squeeze bottle sitting on the tables. It's more of a take out joint or deli with tables. But I love the tequila fries with their special dipping sauce. Kinda tastes like mayonaise with BBQ sauce added but better. Also I cannot finish... More

Fast, friendly service and there sandwichs are real good. They use a indoor smoker on there meats. I always stop when I find one in the area.

Nothing great at least to me. Some of my friends love it but I think it gets old. Sauce is nothing to rave about and sandwiches lack flavor. I hear the first local place is the best and the others are so-so. I was at one of the other locations. Try it, you might like it.

I have loved this place for as long as I can remember, and for good reason! Over the years, I've never noticed a decrease in quality which is a very important attribute for a place of dining to maintain. I love that you can either buy fresh meat for home meals or just stop In to have a sandwich. Another... More

Simple smoked BBQ menu. My first visit. I had heard great things about this place. I had the Ball Tip sandwich. Goofy sounding name but tender & tasty. Their sweet BBQ sauce does not overpower. My friend had the Rib Eye sandwich, which you don't find everywhere. They raved about it. The counter service was friendly & efficient. We will... More
