No Complaints about Service

I have read a lot of reviews complaining about the service at Mia's, but I disagree. We eat here at least twice per trip to Pinecrest, and our service has always been excellent. The pizza is very good, and most of the Italian dishes are good as well. Recently, I tried the ribs, and I was... read more

Have eaten there many times since moving up here. These are not many places to eat in the mountains. Service is usually slow, with snotty waitresses. But yesterday was the worse! We were there when the restaurant was only one half full. We waited over an hour for our food and then it was cold. The management did not give... More

Everything here is good: polenta appetizer, ribs, pork chop, salads, but our favorite is the pizza. It's fun to watch the tossing of the dough. Good for families or date night. This is not the place for a quick meal, so sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or beer while you wait for them to prepare your food.... More

Enjoy their outdoor seating. Pet friendly (outdoors only). Great service! Delicious pizza. A nice surprise high in the mountains. Recommend all traveling to Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge to dine here.

Very good pizza, I like the thin crust, sandwiches are very good as well. When camping at nearby Pinecrest, this is a great place to drop in and skip cooking in camp. Nice selection of craft beers and a dog friendly patio.

We go here every time we are in the mountains. The food is consistently good. Make sure you have allotted enough time to eat and wait for your meal. Since this is one of the few eating places this high expect to be served on "mountain time" and to be busy on weekends or holidays. Call ahead for reservations or... More

As one restaurant after another closes on Highway 108, Mia"s becomes more of a place to go rather that a choice. The atmosphere is nice. The menu is unremarkable. The kitchen can be very slow to the point that you may think they lost your order. The food is average, ok, but not special. Interesting sign in the men's restroom... More

We've visited several times (Family vacation in the mountains each year) and Mia's is very consistent. The food is good but the services is pretty standard for locations in remote areas. Mostly it just slow. Plan on taking some time but you will get a very good salad and some outstanding Pizza. Other Entrees are good, too, but we always... More

Will not eat hear again. Our of the variety we ordered the only pizza that was worth eating was the cheese pizza. Not sure what happened but caution if you are a pizza lover.

We stopped by for lunch and was surprised at how great the pizzas were. The are brick oven pizzas hand tossed with great fresh ingredients. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it was up there with the best pizzas I've eaten. Perfect spot for lunch or dinner if you are staying at a cabin up the road.
