About the Duck We are a family of seven friends who wanted to build a restaurant that values integrity over profits, quality over laziness, and our guests above all. When we first got the idea for the Duck we wanted to do it right, we wanted to do it simply, most of all we wanted to do what we love, work together and make great food. Our restaurant is our testament to what we think restaurants should be; fresh, friendly, and lively. Hope to see you soon, and often!

Really nice variety and great salads!!!

This restaurant has sports TV playing and after all it is NCAA BB time! We ate outside since it was a lovely evening. They have a nice beer on tap variety and also wine, if you partake. If you like sandwiches, burgers, they got 'em! I chose the 1/2 beet salad with a side of the spicy shrimp... read more

We go here quite often for a a quick bite after work. It can get quite loud if there is a popular game on TV. The food is good and they have a nice selection of beer.

Arrived at noon on a Monday and it was packed. I went for a chicken -- the smiley waitress said she ate and enjoyed (I always ask the staff). It wasn't memorable, but I felt fed. My friend had the Mad Duck burger, minus an ingredient or two, and left nothing behind. Might have had more fun if I were... More

It's a fun atmosphere. Service great and friendly. They have a great variety of beers, and we like that. We have enjoyed our visits there. We go at least once a month, and it is the bomb!!

First things first. Delicious hamburgers. No frozen, machine formed patties. Gently hand-formed, fresh meat patties cooked to perfection. Plain old hamburgers or some really interesting and tasty added ingredients. Service is quick, courteous and helpful. Small and noisy but who cares? Once seated its perfect from there on. And TV's with sports channels for those of us who travel for... More

Although it is a small place packed between two other eateries, The Mad Duck IS the place to go for great food, a wide variety of drinks and sports playing on multiple TVs. We got there about 5:45pm and much to our surprise, Happy Hour runs until 6pm every day and then starts again at 10pm! We both got beers... More

Happened to go to Mad Duck while in Clovis. Found it on TripAdvisor, and boy oh boy, we were not disappointed! We went on a Friday night around 6pm, and had to wait about 10 minutes, but it was worth the short wait! The food was excellent and a fun variety. I had the beet salad and mac and cheese,... More

I go here a couple times a month, sometimes on business, but a lot with my kids who like the Backyard Burger. You can order a side of tater tots and fries. The large is enough to feed an army. They also have really good salads, turkey burgers and their deserts are incredible. You won't be disappointed checking Mad Duck... More

Stopped in with my Dad for a quick lunch. The food was excellent, service was quick and friendly. I had the Beef Dip Special, My Dad had the Tomato Soup, We shared an order of Fries( which were beer battered and Excellent). My Dad raved about the soup, which is truly saying something.
