The grilled oysters were great. The special was this ciopinno style fish pasta in a delicious broth. Fabulous. My wife had this wonderfully cooked Ribeye steak with a wine/mushroom sauce. excellent 5 stars.

My business colleague and myself had an excellent dinner in Cloverdale. We were both pleasently surprised by how good everything was. Based on my experience, I would definitely go back. First of all, the service was excellent, Our waitress/hostess also prepared a lot of the food. She was very informed and helpful. In terms of the food, my colleague had... More

Choose this place as had craving for Italian. Visited Friday about 6pm, only one large party and one small party present. Seated promptly and advised of specials (without cost mentioned). Minimal but adequate wine list, ordered two by glass. Service was reasonable given light table load. Crusty Italian bread was served with olive oil, and balsamic vinegar on request. Our... More

We were a party of nine and made reservations for 6PM on a Friday night. Every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal--lobster ravioli was outstanding; prime rib cajun style was a special that evening and three of our group ordered it, all with different requests--no cajun spices, au jus, different degrees of doneness, etc. They were spot-on with each;... This has to be the worst meal we have ever had. We were the first and only people in the restaurant, but it was a Tuesday night at 5pm so we weren't expecting a full place, the waitresses were just plain lazy. the spent the whole time we were there showing photos on their ipad talking about their latest camping... First off walked into find the cook/ owner complaining to the waitress/owner. Then got pointed to our seats, cook goes back to the kitchen and complaining in back and still being hushed. After that got bread and water, wasn't offered drinks or specials, not even butter or oil/balsamic for the dry bread. Table next to us had a little one... More

Our visit was later in the evening on a weeknight yet the service and food quality we received was excellent. The salmon was outstanding and a dish of mixed scallops and prawns was superb. Very flavorful. The atmosphere is romantic with subdued lighting and classic Italian decor. Excellent experience.

Pleasant meal. Quiet setting on the edge of town. Wish we would have sat outdoors. Very typical menu; our selections were well prepared. Service was uninspired. Suggestions: 1) Special barbecued oysters were excellent--very large, steamed in the shell with garlic and kale. 2) Bring your own wine. You are in the middle of Wine County, corkage is $12, and the... More

Had the opportunity to stay in the lovely, charming town of Cloverdale and eat at this wonderful family owned Italian Restaurant. The owners Mary and her husband Jose were so friendly and personable, made us feel welcome and the food was fabulous. We ended up dining there 3 times during our 7 night stay. I highly recommend the place. Love... More
