A shift change and a massive rush is what we were told was the reason our table was getting over looked. Once though they knew we were there they were quick to assist us and get our orders in, making everyone happy. We'd forgotten just how much ice cream comes in a hot fudge sundae, thankfully we were planning to... More

We have had the hamburger and fries which were good but mostly we go for ice-cream! My grandkids love the milkshakes and I love the hot-fudge sundae. A fun place for an after school treat!

I've been going to Leatherby's for like 30 years, ever since I was a little kid, and have basically ordered the same thing every time! ... Swiss Milk Chocolate ice cream with LOADS of Marshmallow topping....yumm! The ice cream here is SO delicious and the toppings are just as wonderful...I've yet to find anywhere that serves up a fluffy marshmallow... More

Large servings. Variety of ice cream flavors. Friendly service. Clean. Has an old fashion ice cream parlour decor. Family owned & oriented.

Really great ice-cream at super reasonable prices. The individual scoops are unbelievably large as are their ice-cream sundaes AND of course our favorite, a large banana split. The ice-cream itself is cold creamy and full of flavor. You can choose from the old standards and not be disappointed. Rich chocolate, creamy vanilla or sweet strawberry...or venture out to pistachio nut... More

I've been here 3 times now. The first time we got rootbeer floats and they were good. The second time we sat in the larger seating area and the server cam over and moved the area closed sign across the opening we'd gone through and after sitting for a bit too long waiting for someone to take our order we... We visit family in California every year and part of our trip is our annual meal and ice cream at Leatherby's. The ice cream here is out of this world fabulous and the portion sizes are huge! Unfortunately our service for our lunch prior to dessert was extremely slow this time. Bummer.

Great homemade ice cream, strong diner menu, amazing and smile-filled service. Love this place--a throwback for sure.

The best homemade ice cream ever! Have been a fan since first opened and even though prices might have gone up, quality has not gone down

The food here is good. The ice cream is the real reason to visit. Their homemade caramel sauce is excellent. They are a family-owned business and have been around for years. It's always busy on weekends, but the wait is usually not bad.
