We absolutely love this place, and when we want scrumptious pizza, we always head to La Bella's! Recently, we swapped out the olives (which I don't like) for jalapeno's, and it was amazing! A bit of kick to an already great The Works pizza. Papa's Favorite is also delicious! In the past we've had the calzones, which are yummy, but... More

I have had the pizza. It is tasty, but they load it with too much cheese and it just wants to slide off the crust.

Their manicotti and canollis are the best I've ever tasted (in fact I don't usually like canollis at all). It's a family restaurant that has been around 60 years. We prefer the original part of the restaurant but the younger crowd seems to prefer the newer building next door.

La Bella's has been there forever yet they still serve great pizza and have good service. It's also a great place for the kids or, as others have mentioned, those who like craft beers.

This was my childhood favorite and was the same for my kids. La Bella's has consistently served generations of people the same great pizza and other Italian specialties. Everything is authentic and wonderful. Their meatball pizza is my favorite but all of their pizzas rock. The sauce is perfect, ingredients are always fresh, and I love the crispy edge of... More

I understand La Bella's has been in Chula Vista for many years and has their regulars, but I feel their food is bland and not tasty at all. That is why I went twice, once for a try and a second time in case the first time was a fluke. There are better Italian restaurants locally than La Bella's.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Some of the best pizza in Chula Vista and one of the only places that has craft brew on tap. This place has expanded and now has arcades for the kids and pool tables you can rent out. If you want a more homey vibe go to the front restaurant where... More

My husband and I visited Southern California where he grew up. His favorite pizza place was La Bellas in Chula Vista. When we walked in the door, a nice gal welcomed us and asked if we had ever been to La Bellas. My husband said "yes, 40 years ago". She said "well, I don't think it has changed much." Probably...
