Their breakfast is just average. Pancakes are o.k. but they don't warrant the high prices or the waiting lines. There's a Denny's a few doors done but people line up for Aunt Emma's. Must be locals supporting this mom and pop business.

They try to make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. The service is fast and to your satisfaction. The good is good !

Only opened for breakfast or lunch, but the meals are fantastic! Breakfast is all day and plentiful. There are daily specials that are filling and great for small or large families. Friendly staff, large selection. Aunt Emma's expanded to a second restaurant on National City Blvd, in National City...took over the former Keith's restaurant. Great lunch menus, too, at both... Had blueberry pancakes and could not come within half a foot of eating them all. Not the best I have ever had but you will not leave hungry.

In addition to being a traditional restaurant with local history, the breakfast is excellent. Even so pancakes are their specialty and are very good. They also have great omelets an other combinations, like the Montecristo or eggs with chorizo. Their club is also great with a great potato salad. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Too greasy for me. Overrated. Large portions but at a price to your well-being. Not a big deal. Best for over-eaters,

This was a great place to eat breakfast. When we got there the place was packed, but we were seated right away. Everyone was very nice and friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The waitress was excellent. Eat here if you want a great breakfast. When I come back to Chula Vista I will definitely... More

This restaurant was packed, and we had to wait a bit to be seated. When we were seated, it became apparent that the popularity is well founded. The food is good, the service is efficient and friendly, and you are not rushed to finish and get out. My husband ordered an omelet, while I stayed with the pancakes. Both dishes... More

Loooong Lines but worth it. Extremely cheap and quite good. Servce was good even though they were extremely busy. Only negative is the place is not too clean, and can be quite loud. Overall I had a great experience and would come back again.

Great food and service, great price and portions. We stopped by here four times in the morning, enhanced with poor service from the Days in Across the street, the friendly service was a great change of pace.
