Pancakes are very good!!!

Service is good, but there's a problem to find a space in the parking área, and inside is too noisy!

Aunt Emma's has awesome breakfast specials Mon-Fri for $3.99, you can choose from 4 different options. I typically get the #1, which is 2 buttermilk pancakes (or toast), but pancakes are soooo good, I highly recommend, 2 eggs and 2 sausage OR bacon. The #2 is great also, which includes one of their omelettes with 2 pancakes. It's always busy... More

Crazy busy for a reason! The place was packed at 9:30 on a weekday and for good reason. Great food. We got the special of the day and couldn't eat it all and for three of us it was $20. The pancakes are huge, fluffy, and delicious. Great place to eat but not if you are in a hurry!

Stumbled in here looking for a good breakfast. They were super busy but found me a spot right away. My waitress was really good, and several people checked on me several times, food was up really quick and was pretty good for the price. It was a pretty nice little spot.

My first visit several years ago made me not want to go back after having a rude waitress, but with a Restaurant.com special I'd thought I'd give it another chance. It's okay, not great. Open dining room was loud, the servings were not that generous for a breakfast place, the food was mediocre, but the waitress was nice and helpful.

We were on vacation and decide to go to breakfast near our hotel. First the coffee was lukewarm. We ordered our food and waited 30 min for our order which is typical for A Sunday morning! While we were waiting for our food the fable next sat down and ordered there food and got there food while we were still... More

Be prepared to share. Also you probably won't have to add salt to your breakfast. The extremely long lines will give you a hint on how popular this Chula Vista institution is. The food is good, service is friendly, plus it's extremely kid-friendly Parking can be problematic, but there is street parking and also the hotel behind Aunt Emma's allows... More

Just an old coffee shop next to the freeway but has always served a good breakfast. Easy place to meet for grub. Always packed. They have a couple of daily breakfast specials for under five bucks. I've been eating there for over 40 years. That is all

Great food, great people. Busy busy busy on a Sat morning but I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Bilingual staff, clean, always smiling. Obviously happy to be there. A good family restaurant.

Have had Breakfast here many, many times over the past 20 years. The service & food are excellent. Keep in mind, Aunt Emma's only serves Breakfast & Lunch.
