Ramen in Chino hills? Yes indeed! I consider the ramen here some of the best that I have had.. the broth is incredibly complex, rich and milky, the noodles are perfect! I'n not sure what they add, but it give the ramen such an incredible flavor... If you love ramen, I would definitely recommend that you try this place!

I think people probably come here for the fresh ramen first and the good sushi second. The offer meals that include ramen (tonkatsu or black miso) and choice of sushi rolls. My girlfriend and I are addicted to this place. I believe the reason it's so good is their attention to quality of the fish they serve. Portions are large [nigiri to rolls], but more importantly it's the FRESHEST it can be. From the color and texture to the cut of the fish, this place is a true sushi connoisseur's restaurant.... The sushi chef is very rude, never smile. For the combination, I asked for the spicy tuna hand roll instead of cut roll, and right away he said NO, even I looked at the menu that the hand roll is cheaper.

I've tried several different Japanese cuisines all over the LA area, and still by far Rokuan has the best Japanese food I have tasted. My relatives and friends agree as well (at least 99% of them) The regular menu has a variety of selections, from hot foods to sashimi. Though the menu is not huge, eat dish is very refined... More
