Highly Recommended- Breakfast

The food here is superb you will not be disappointed with the breakfast menu. I ordered a spinach omelet and they were kind enough to make it with egg whites. My husband ordered blueberry- banana pancakes which were huge, worth every bite. They even offer gluten free pancakes. The restaurant... read more

I like that they try to be healthy and Chico chic, but I'm just having trouble finding my niche at this place. I'd like to see more basic breakfasts here (simple combos) because I find it very very difficult to order straight from their menu without having to make a half dozen substitutions. Had the strawberry granola pancakes today which... More

The food is excellent and staff friendly. Would be nice if they took credit cards. Ambience is not elegant, but for breakfast or lunch it is adequate. I loved the breakfast and lunch choices including veggies, interesting spices, and healthy options.

Can't tell you what I had, as every item on the menu is creative and original. I do remember a predominant focus on breakfast. I has some kind of pot roast dish that was really really good! Everyone at our table was pleased with the food, and service. Do yourself a favor and eat here! ( if you are driving... More

The staff are insensitive, bordering on rude. They don't seem to care whether or not you have a pleasant experience. Items on the menu are misleading. As an example, for breakfast, the menu indicates that some orders include tortillas (plural). The order will come with only one tortilla and if you request another they add a $1 to the charge... I eat in restaurants (mostly independents) approx. 500 times per year throughout the western US. Rarely do I choose to summon a few members of the staff at the end of a meal, as I did last week at Sin of Cortez. I just had to tell them how special they and their product are. The welcome was warm, surroundings... More

The food here is just great. The only problem is that everyone knows it so there is usually a line. But the service is very good and the wait is not usually too bad. I love the Eggs Lulu which is served with Fruit. The Rosemary Potatoes are great but the wait staff looks askance it you if you ask... More

We've eaten breakfast here about 4-5 times over the past year or so, and several of us have come to the conclusion that SoC just isn't very good. It seems to be very popular because it's very popular, but, sadly, this emperor has no clothes. Here's the basis for our decision: COFFEE really has very little flavor. During our last... More

I went with 9 other people over the holidays. They seated us pretty quick- surprise. This is not your fast food American Breakfast selections. I had Pesto Scrambled Eggs - to die for Had a taste of the hearty Beef influenced with rosemary hash- WOW Normally I don't go for someone trying to make exotic breakfasts. They seemed to hit...
