Had the baja fish tacos drizzled there house salsa verde and a little jalapenos and its hands down best fish tacos in town. Also had a bite of there phili cheesesteak and it was amazing. All in all, this place does not disappoint. Its worth a try also a great selection of beers on tap and in bottle.

It's a hole in the wall with very good food for a good price, and happy hour cheep pints of beer too. Siting is tight as its a small place with fun people watching too. The Philly Cheese steak is a wonderful eat and won't disappoint ya, it's what I go in for.

Friendly place, wide range of age groups. Nice beer selection and the food has always been good (7 or 8 times for dinner and a drink). It can get very busy but worth pushing your way in.

I checked out the reviews for this restaurant on Yelp and they really raved about it. Looks like Tripadvisor folks are slow to catch on. But that’s okay. I’m here to tell you, don’t let the looks of this place fool you. It’s a shabby-looking bar scene for sure, but they have some excellent food! Their famous Mac and Cheese... More

First visit to this restaurant; arrived at 1p for lunch. It wasn't too busy or loud at this time of day. I ordered the Black and Bleu burger and it was honestly the most flavorful burger I have ever had. I will definitely go back. Later in the day I was talking to someone else about the burgers at Banshee... More

Very good burgers and nice selection of beer, but we could not talk to each other without shouting. Perhaps at other times of the day (we were there in the evening) the noise might not be so bad. It's a small place and is frequented by the college crowd, who tend to not only be loud but inconsiderate of others.... More

Even though this is downtown and attached to a very loud bar, we never hesitate to visit this place. Seating could be better but the food makes up for it! Husband is obsessed with pastrami. I love the fish tacos, burgers, Mac and cheese, fish and chips.

We went there twice during our time in Chico. Both times it was interesting and the food was great - the portions are huge though so you might want to keep that in mind when ordering. I can highly recommend the fish tacos and the mac and cheese. The Ruben sandwich is delicious as well. As other reviewers have noted... More

Inside and out, the Banshee has appeal. It draws in a steady crowd. The food is yummy and the drink options are aplenty. I have had many visits there but it is not my first choice when meeting friends because the music is far too loud, beyond the loudness level at other bars. There is no reason for it. Please... More
