Awesome Food Experience

Spice Creek is absolutely the finest restaurant in Chico. My wife and I have visited the best eateries in Europe and San Francisco and we consider Spice Creek the best ever. Wonderful staff.

My wife and I found called Spice Creek Cafe at prime time on a Friday evening and were lucky to get an immediate table. Fortunately, we resisted temptation and omitted any appetizers. I ordered the chili relleno and my wife the winter lasagna. The portions were generous, and we could't have finished them if we had ordered appetizers. You can... More

Had a wonderful dinner this evening with spicy calamari and Punto Final Malbec from Argentina to start the evening. Main courses for our party of four included squash soup, chilean sea bass and wild mushroom lasagna--all presented with aplomb, class, and an explosive but complementary mix of flavors. Either someone did a great job of training our waitress Megan, or... More

You will not believe the outstanding quality and ingenuity that goes into the menu items at this hidden jewel of a restaurant!! A better meal anywhere in the U. S. will not be found. Never a dull menu. If anything, the choices are all so amazing I gave a difficult time deciding what to select. Every entree has been superb. Great art for eye candy. Go.

We has the pleasure of dining here and were chuckled by all the adjectives used by our waitress in describing the dishes. Well, she was right! There aren't enough ways to properly elaborate on how fantastic our meals were! I had the rockfish special, a co-worker had the ribeye and another the lasagna and all were amazing! We chose this... A dear friend and I dined at Spice Creek last night to celebrate our belated Birthdays. It was our first time and we loved it. Everything was perfect. From the welcoming greeting, servers knowledge of menu and service, art filled intimate space, and the creative food preparation make me eager to return. Lastly though, and so kind, was the owner... Number one, the food is absolutely incredible. The last time we dined there we ordered the Salmon Potstickers for an appetizer, the new Japanese Fried Chicken, and the Halibut... More
