Had a wonderful dinner this evening with spicy calamari and Punto Final Malbec from Argentina to start the evening. Main courses for our party of four included squash soup, chilean sea bass and wild mushroom lasagna--all presented with aplomb, class, and an explosive but complementary mix of flavors. Either someone did a great job of training our waitress Megan, or... More

Never a dull menu. If anything, the choices are all so amazing I gave a difficult time deciding what to select. Every entree has been superb. Great art for eye candy. Go.

We has the pleasure of dining here and were chuckled by all the adjectives used by our waitress in describing the dishes. Well, she was right! There aren't enough ways to properly elaborate on how fantastic our meals were! I had the rockfish special, a co-worker had the ribeye and another the lasagna and all were amazing! We chose this... A dear friend and I dined at Spice Creek last night to celebrate our belated Birthdays. It was our first time and we loved it. Everything was perfect. From the welcoming greeting, servers knowledge of menu and service, art filled intimate space, and the creative food preparation make me eager to return. Lastly though, and so kind, was the owner... Everytime my boyfriend and I visit Chico we make a point to have dinner at Spice Creek Cafe. Spice Creek is by far the best restaurant in Chico for many reasons. Number one, the food is absolutely incredible. The last time we dined there we ordered the Salmon Potstickers for an appetizer, the new Japanese Fried Chicken, and the Halibut... More

I was traveling to Chico and was told I had to go to Spice Creek for dinner. Little did I know it would be on my list of TOP restaurants in California, if not the country. From the moment I walked in, the smell from the kitchen was intoxicating. I was seated in the window of this little gem and... More

Spice Creek is our number 1 go-to restaurant whenever we're in Chico. Chef Rebecca continues to dazzle us with her amazing talent and creativity. The appetizers are to die for. The chili relleno is hands down the best I've ever had anywhere. The quality of her ingredients is always stellar. You can feel her passion with every delicious bite. This... More

One of our (very few) favorite places to eat out in Chico. The food and service are excellent. I give the chef 5 stars. It can get a little loud, but that's because everyone is enjoying themselves so much.
