We booked the 4pm tour of the brewery. The tour is about an hour and was fun. If you've been on one brewery tour, you know what this will be like. I will say we did see the hops storage area, which was different as I've not seen this on other brewery tours we have been on. You also get... More

We live in London UK. I don't eat much meat about twice a week and only if it's hormone free. A friend in Chico recommended this place as they grow all their own organic vegetables and have a free range (animal husbandry) farm. They brew their own beers too. We went to dinner with a party of 5 adults and... More

Every time I visit Sierra Nevada, I am not disappointed. Service is prompt, food is great, and portion sizes are generous ... we always leave with left overs. I tried their beer tasting flight and, for a non-beer lover, they had a thing or two I could enjoy! Definitely a quality place to grab a meal.

Had lunch here with my parents, sister her partner and 2 babies whilst visiting from England. We ate outside which was pleasant but warm. Our server was very nice and attentive, the beer was great and the food was too, attractively presented and plentiful, some of which we took away with us. All in all a nice place to visit.

You have to plan in advance. The brewery tours quickly fill up, at least on the holiday weekends when I am in the area. We finally managed to go on a tour...the Sustainability Estate Tour. Our group was small so it was fun, uncrowded, and informative. Our guide, Mike, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The facilities are impressive, big, clean, and... More

We stopped here for a late lunch and to recharge not only our bodies but our electric car. The restaurant was very busy but they were staffed well which helped them with the flow of customers into and out of tables. The food was great almost to much. Had the Bacon Burger it was outstanding. Plus the Old Chico Wheat... More

The beer is outstanding, the food is very rich pub food done with flair, and the dining room/patio is conducive to a good time out. It's popular, so don't be in a hurry. Not an eat/drink and run stop. Not a good choice for the healthy-minded or someone on a low salt diet. May need to bring the Tums if... More

While visiting our son in Chico, we visited the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company for dinner. While busy, and noisy, the energy was youthful and great; the food was extremely tasty (any pizza would be a winner); and be experimental on your beer choice--you'll be happy surprised. You should visit.

We visited Sierra Nevada on a Saturday night and it was exceptionally busy, the pager was a great idea as it meant we could visit the gift shop for holiday souvenirs whilst still being 'in line'. We had been told a wait of 45-50 minutes which would not have been great but were seated within 25minutes. The service was fantastic... More
