We go to Sierra Nevada almost every time we go to Chico. This last time, 4 of us went for an early dinner on a Sunday night, and got seated within the few minutes because we were before the dinner rush. My Wife tried a new beer, the Blizzicane Bock. Very dark, but not as dark or bitter tasting as... More

Had a great time. Great beers. Awesome food and not badly priced. I loved the celebration ale. The atmosphere was very cool with the copper just about everywhere you turn had a very built to last feel.

When visiting Chico , this is a great spot to get together with a few friends. High ceilinged , clubby room -wood paneled with deep cushioned banquette tables galore and the visible great copper caldrons of the brewing room. There are outdoor dining areas too-with heaters for cold weather and misters for the hot summers. Really a pleasant atmosphere and... More

We like to go here for lunch or dinner. Food is good and the beer is award winning. A fun atmosphere. I would recommend giving it a try.

Delicious Delightful Casual or "Dress Up" Dining The Sierra Nevada Brewery Restaurant is a delicious, delightful dining experience in a beautiful atmosphere of bright copper kettles and leaded glass with a classy staff eager to please. It is one of the top restaurants in the small town of Chico but could compete with the best in big cities. Folks come... More

Great place to try beer you can't get anywhere else. Their tour is really fun and interesting. I love the sausage platter there and I don't even like sausage. Theirs is the best I have had though......so good with the beer. Love the outdoor patio in the spring. Hard to get a seat at the bar though.

Although I want to like the Sierra Nevada restaurant, I am not a fan of their food. Most of it fried or very heavy, not much to eat for the person who wants a lighter, perhaps healthier, fare.

Not a place to go if you wish to talk to your table mates. This place is always loud. You will wait to be seated. Food is about average. Great beer!! Pretty bar atmosphere. Good venue for live music. If you like beer make time to take a tour.

Happened to be in town for a birthday celebration and since they were all meeting at a location I am not fond of we decided to get to town early and try this place out. It was Saturday and rather busy and we were lucky enough to get in on a tour so we just sat at the bar and... More

While visiting Chico for business, I was able to meet my daughter at the Sierra Nevada Brewery Taproom. We were seated rapidly. The wait staff was great. We ordered flight of beer samples. Four 2 oz samples were just $3. They had about 15 different beers on tap. If you like stouts the Narwhal Imperial Stout aged in a Bourbon... More
