Good fish place. Comfortable, casual, inexpensive dining. Is very popular and can be a bit crowded during peak season/hours.

As a local, and someone who has been in the custom service industry this bothers me. And, when they bring out your food they throw it down in front of... More

You can eat inside or out. A classic order then sit restaurant. My friends had fish and chips, and chowder. I accepted the offer to taste the fish...melt in your mouth excellence. When I looked at the menu...blue point oysters on the half shell for $2.00 each...five oysters and a bowl of New England clam chowder. Chowder was excellent...oysters were... More

We were staying in Morro Bay for the weekend and heard that Duckie's was a good place for fish and chips and chowder. Since we were on a quest for the best chowder and fish we drove up the coast. This place has been several things over the years so we knew where we were going. The Duckie's was busy... More

Excellent bowl with grilled cod and excellent tacos. Quite a pleasant surprise as we were just passing through to stop for the restroom!

My wife and I first went to Cayucos for the Portuguese festival earlier this year when we spotted this restaurant. We came back another time to try it and ordered the fish & chips. The Fish is thick and only lightly breaded, but WOW is it delicious. Now every time we visit Cayucos we will have to go again. Do not... More

After checking into our motel and relaxing after the long drive along the coast, we decided to find someplace for dinner. Cayucos, a cute beach town, has several nice eateries but we were looking for a family friendly , informal place for a small meal. Duckie's fit that bill perfectly. Orders are given at the walk up order counter and... More
