We went there ( La Quinta, CA location, next to the new Hobby Lobby store) last night... Had the sampler platter for 2 - $15.99 with a beer & a coke, after tip it was still $31... ??? Very average AMERICANIZED MEXICAN food, bland with zero imagination! Considering the enormous amount of great authentic Mexican food in the Coachella Valley,... More

Nothing "special" about their food....basic Mexican flare....that's all folks! FYI: parking is decent, service is OK....I just wasn't all that impressed.

Went there for lunch and really enjoyed it. The portions are huge, had to ask for a doggy bag. I had the quesadilla, which was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely go there again.

Great service, great margaritas, very good fajitas and chile rellenos ... all at reasonable prices. Of course the tacos, frijoles and Mexican rice are everything you could expect.

Went here for dinner. Immediately we noticed that the noise level inside was very high. We practically had to yell at the hostess how many in our party. Then she took us to the back of the restaurant. There were four couples there and us but, the sound of people talking was amplified to a deafening level. We couldn't even... More

A small place, but the service was really good, and the food was great. We ordered some kind of platter that serves 2. It had 2 each of shredded beef tacos, taquitos, chile rellanos, cheese enchilada, mini taco salad and beans and rice, all for $16.99. My husband had the large margarita that came in a glass big enough to... More

Typical Mexican food done the old fashion way. Nothing new.... Every thing the way you want it and expect it. And don't forget to have a Mexican beer...

I am not a huge fan of Spanish/Mexican cuisine, but this place is worth the visit. Delicious guacamole made to order at your table! Plentiful attitude-adjusting margaritas! My favorite dish is the Pollo Yucatan. Definitely stop by if you want good solid Mexican cuisine! If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the air ventilation in the... More

This was like old home week. To visit a restaurant that was one of my all time favorites when I lived here in the 90's and fine some of the same staff. Serving me as an old friend with the same exciting old world Mexican recipes. It was very special. So many times you come back and nothing is the... More
