Four of us went to dinner at Oceans and three out of the four of us felt the food was mediocre. The shrimp were overcooked, the swordfish was scant on the lemon butter sauce, the shrimp scampi sauce with angel hair was watery. After having made reservations, we were stuck in a back room which was hot and no windows.... More

slightly disappointed in this place. Food was average. Service was average and the wine list very limiting. Would not go back anytime soon.

We enjoyed pan fried oysters for our appetizers. Ferrari Carano wine was excellent with our dinner. We enjoyed surf and turf, chilian sea bass, fried prawns, and one other type of a fish dish. All dinners were very flavorful and good. Service was excellent, even the chef checked on us. Very nice low keyed restaurant. We will be back.

I specifically went to this restaurant for my birthday to have their Mussels in anise cream sauce and was not disappointed, they were absolutely delicious! They happened to have 14 oz Lobster Tails on special so my husband and I decided on the lobster. The tail was broiled and set on a mound of potatoes surrounded by fresh assorted veggies.... More

We wanted to find another good fish restaurant in addition to Pacifica and we found it, Oceaan's in Cat City has a fairly extensive seafood menu and te quality of the food is very good along with exceptional sauces. I had the Paella which is actually an American version of the Spanish dish but quite good, my wife had the... More

We returned for the second time this week to our favorite restaurant in the Coachella Valley to celebrate New Year's Eve. We have enjoyed this restaurant for the 10 or more years we have visited the Valley. We had a delicious dinner: lobster cocktail, abalone for my husband and swordfish for me. We sat in front of the fish tank... More

This restaurant is in an older area, and probably is overlooked. It had a great seafood menu, but steak was also featured. I think lamb too. I stuck with the seafood and had a great meal. I chose a prawn cocktail which was ok, a bit unimaginative, I always hope they come with some inspiration, but this one was pretty... More

Oceans is a mid sized restaurant in a mall area. It appears like a small place but has lots of space for many parties and seating in the back along with outdoor seating in the front and on the side. They have electric outdoor heaters to keep you warm out there. The interior felt comfortable and inviting. I was there... More
