We were travelling with a soccer team and needed a place to eat, after realizing our hotel didn't provide breakfast. We found The Worker Bee Café on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Thankfully it was a Friday morning and not a weekend day or we might not have all been accommodated. There were close to 20 of... More

Had breakfast here this morning....It was amazing! Had the homemade corned beef hash and eggs...The best EVER! and the biscuits were perfection....moist and perfect! Granddaughter had a gluten free BLT with avocado and she hasn't quit talking about it. The coffee was great...our server refilled our cups until we had to say...no more, thanks.....the service was outstanding. This is a... More

Found this little gem from my smart phone - Kudos to Siri on this one. We had stopped in Carpinteria for gas and decided to fuel our bodies too. Not know the area we didn't want to drive around aimlessly so asked for directions to a nearby restaurant. Although from the menu with the daily specials on a big blackboard... More

Best breakfast in town. Service is very pleasant. Be sure to try corn beef hash. Don't miss it when you are on town. Yum yum

We stopped here for lunch and enjoyed our meal very much. The workers are friendly and our burgers/fries/salads were very good. Portions are generous. It's not a cheap place to eat, but it is a good value considering the quality. They close up early (2pm) so plan to come for breakfast or lunch.

This small, plain cafe in downtown Carpinteria offers fresh takes on classics such as eggs Benedict: theirs start with homemade biscuits, then comes a thin layer of sausage, eggs over easy, and sausage gravy to smother. Absolutely delicious. Don't miss their hash browns -- tender and crunchy with just the right seasoning and not too much fat. Pancakes are pancakes...... More

Dropped in by chance to get brunch on road trip with 3 generations. We all sat along the counter and had great food and very good and attentive service. Everyone delighted from age 4 to the over 70s. We have some super photos of us along the line. A quick pit stop turned into a happy memory

This place was empty when I walked in so I was not sure if it is because this place is unpopular and no one wants to eat there? But the guy working that day was so polite and friendly and had an amazing smile on his face so me and my sister decided to stay and eat. It was the... More
