Good food. Nice people. Fast. Excellent sausage patty breakfast. Biscuits and gravy looked good. Lots of locals. Recommend highly.

This place was empty when I walked in so I was not sure if it is because this place is unpopular and no one wants to eat there? But the guy working that day was so polite and friendly and had an amazing smile on his face so me and my sister decided to stay and eat. It was the... More

Worker Bee is a place where locals congregate and get a tasty bite for breakfast and lunch. It's a very old school lunch counter type place with high quality comfort food. Creative and delicious, there's something on the menu for everyone. I'm a vegetarian and have become a regular. Great breakfast options, which I believe are offered all day, along... More

First time here & will return. The best fresh orange juice momosas! Breakfast was great & lunch sandwiches! Service was great & friendly. Outside seating in the back. Price very resonable. Its a no frills café, but fits well in the area. Good for visitors as well as locals.

This father / son team have improved the food at this restaurant SO much - love the freshness. Every time we are in Carpinteria, we go there for breakfast at least one time. The food is ALWAYS fresh, generous portions, and delicious. I can tell they cater to a lot of local clients and they appear to be happy eating... More

Food was awesome and even my son (who is the world's pickiest eater) inhaled his food down to the last crumb. Large portions insure you are very satisfied. If for any reason you have to wait for table or food it is very well worth it.

We visited this restaurant on Friday, November 2, 2013. From the minute we walked in we were welcomed and got the feeling that they were glad we were there by the energetic father/owner. A father and son team run the business. The father is the waiter and his son is the chef. The tuna melt/organic salad platter was excellent! The... More

Had a great breakfast in Carpenteria. Stopped on way to Paso Robles and found a fun main street with many shops and places to eat or browse. Good place to stop and stretch. Worker Bee looked nice so we stopped in to eat. Great breakfast with many choices - all high quality and great taste. Met owner (Rick?) who was... More

We ate breakfast here during the annual Avocado Festival. We had a little bit of a wait because of the volume of people attending. The owner explained the reason hoping we'd understand and I'm glad we stayed and waited. coffee, OJ, steak & eggs, apple waffles and the hashbrowns. You gotta try the hashbrowns. Excellent food with local flavor.
