There are lots of negative reviews online about service at this restaurant. I went with a group of about 20 people. The service was excellent with the one exception that the food arrived over a fair amount of time. That is probably inevitable given the small size of the restaurant and the large size of the group. My meal was... More

Mediocre food in large servings. The portions are about double a reasonable size, heaped over pasta. The lettuce salad is hollow. Even a slice of tomato would help. The lasagne was limp, probably made in batches every few days. The menu and style are late 1950's. Where is Robert Irving or Gordon Ramsey when we need them? Cut the portions,... More

On a Saturday night, it was kind of empty, and the table was dirty when we sat down. The salt/pepper shakers were sticky. The service was fine--nice young staff doing their best. The wine was great. The fetuccine alfredo was inedible; the sauce obviously from a jar/can. The chicken parm was made with chicken fingers. Not for us.

Love the food. Big portions, we always have left overs for lunch the next day. I have tried the pizza once and it was ok but my favorite dishes are pastas, especially the tortellini in white sauce yumm! Service isn't great but not terrible either. We definitely keep going back because of the amazing food!

My daughter took us to this place for my birthday dinner. Very good place for families. The food was very good but "large" portions. Next time we would get one meal and split it between the two of us. The service was very good and very friendly. The whole family was welcome even with a 10 month old boy.

I can vouch that this is what real Italians cook like. After many years in the food industry and being 100% Italian who cooks Mama's recipes this is the real deal. Food has excellent flavor like it should. The critics think that the spaghetti factory and prego sauce is what it should taste like, uh uh, wrong. Real cooks know... More

The restaurant recently relocated. Upon entering for a weeknight dinner, we were seated in a dark corner - and I mean dark. I had to take out my flashlight to read the menu. We asked for a different table, and were seated in a better lit area, but Frank Sinatra was blasting out of the speakers. OK, they eventually turned... More

My family and I have been eating here for more than 20 years, and there is a reason for that: the food is consistently delicious. If you're in the mood for authentic Italian food, look no further. After all these I can easily say that I haven't had anything I didn't like from this place. It really has a home... More

The menu is designed to use the exact same ingredients and sauces on a variety of meals. Good, very basic, meals but nothing fresh or unique.

Yes, the service is less than perfect. But it's part if the charm; not speedy, sometimes absent minded, but always friendly...good job keeping it small amd family owned. The food is worth the wait, and we should all slow down a bit and enjoy life.
