Really good coffee, they make their own baked goods, great atmosphere, healthy tasty food, excellent breakfast. This place is sometimes very busy but that is because the locals hang out there and lots of people stop in to pick up the excellent coffee. We had breakfast here twice, great buckwheat pancakes with fresh strawberries and organic maple syrup, freshly squeezed... More

After eating the muffins here I cannot order muffins anywhere else because I know they will not be as good. My favorite is the strawberry. I also enjoy their tiny sandwiches. A tiny sandwich, a muffin, and a cup of coffee make a perfect lunch. I wish I was there now. I enjoy their rustic atmosphere and often like to... More

Laid back, eclectic combination coffee house, bakery, cafe and whatever. About the only place to get a decent cup of coffee out in the valley, except for the incredibly overpriced competition. The bakery goods are excellent, fluffy, rich and seemingly baked with a lot of butter. Decor is minimalist but with some good local art available for purchase. Service is... More

Excellent, strong coffee. Don't expect quick mediocre coffee- this is not Starbucks. Barista takes his time to make you the best cup of joe. Free wifi, charming atmosphere, dog friendly. Went three times during our two night getaway. We will definitely be back!

This was our (my husband's actually) coffee stop. We had a late lunch here and the food was good. Big servings. Free internet. Lots of tables to sit and chill. Came here twice on our stay-cation...so it was definitely a place worth returning to and giving the thumbs up.

This was our breakfast cafe of choice while staying in Carmel Valley for a couple days. From their juice bar options to the steel cut oatmeal, yogurt and fruit you can put together a great meal. Don't forget to treat yourself from the baked goods case as well, amazing fresh and tasty treats. We also had them put together a... More

We loved this place for its local flavour. The coffee is good, really good, and the fresh baked breads and other items are great too! It is very busy around 09.00 and you may have to wait a while; but that I feel is a sign of somewhere that gives the customer what they want at a sensible price. People... More
