I am a regular to this place since 2002. The food is excellent. I love their regular coffee... it tastes great and very strong. They have the best fruit bowl in town. Their berry pancakes, french toasts are the best, but the eggs dishes are excellent also. Many of their lunch items are to die for also. They have returning... More

Jeffrey's is in mid-valley next to Safeway and easy to find. They're open everyday but Monday. The food is terrific and the staff friendly. Sometimes the chef/owner will come out and sing! My favorite is the spinach benedict, fortunately I can order half, the servings are generous. The potatoes and coffee are top notch. Paired with a mimosa - mmm... More

Green eggs and ham will even please Sam-I-Am. Nice eggs benedict and burgers, too. Wish they stayed open for dinner, but I've always liked a late breakfast here.

Jeffrey has been feeding locals for years! The only bummer is that everyone found out so there can be a wait if you don't have a reservation. You can sit outside enjoying your breakfast/lunch with your dog! Make a reservation if you can, if not, enjoy a cup of coffee while you wait. The turkey hash is super!

We were visiting friends in Carmel for 5 days and went to Jeffrey's twice for breakfast. It's their favorite breakfast restaurant. They have a good menu, plus several daily specials. Their berry pancakes with homemade orange syrup are fabulous. They have a number of vegetarian options too. Great service with excellent food!

After hearing rave reviews from locals we paid a visit. The website describes it as a diner and that is what is in terms of service, food and decor. The staff were all lovely young people so top marks here. Decor was plain and the whole restaurant is in need of a paint job. It's a diner so no problem... More

We have lunch at Jeffrey's several times a year. On a recent visit our selection of grilled eggplant sandwich was tops. We highly recommend Jeffrey's an there is the added benefit of outdoor seating in Carmel Valley's excellent climate.
