Sweet swiss inspired decor with friendly service. The food was great & not too pricey! There pancakes and waffles are to die for.

Whenever we are in Carmel early enough for breakfast, and we really try to get there early just for this Resturant, we will eat here. Sometimes a little wait but we'll worth it. Small Resturant is the reason for the wait sometimes. Every item we have tried tastes great. Service is quick and friendly. Try not tho miss this place... More

Appropriately named, the Little Swiss Cafe doesn't have a lot of room, but they have plenty of loyal customers, both locals and returning tourists. The ambiance is comfortable and intimate. The food is good, some say great. Our party of four were completely satisfied with the food. The cafe doesn't take reservations for breakfast, which is when they really shine,... More

Loved this little gem in Carmel! The Pancakes are simply the best I ever had! The Service was great, and they only accept cash. But worth it! Check out the back room with the cool art, you will find little hidden things they painted in the murals.

Excellent breakfast. Nice staff, many coffee refills! All cash. Had the eggs benedict which were delicious. Parked on the street.

It's getting hard to find a place that opens before 8 AM but this place opens at 7:30. And they let you customize your meal. No combination is too bizarre! We were there for breakfast. I just wanted the gravy from the biscuits and gravy. No problem! The the food is delicious!

Visitors soon discover locals frequent the Little Swill for breakfast from the many people greeting one another. You can count on a hearty meal to start your day. Don't miss the hash browns!

Not sure why everyone raves about this place well maybe its because I am not a pancake person and I think that's what they're known for. Plenty of other amazing breakfast spots i'd pick over this one!

We were taken to a "You have to eat here" breakfast by a local. We were not disappointed. Very quaint place, seems like it's been there forever. Good people watching and interesting mural watching too. Had a great breakfast burrito to start my California trip. Service, cleanliness, and prices were fine. We'll go back on our next trip.

Had a breakfast burrito, it was ok. Husband had the french toast, was decent. The place was charming, but not up to the standards for a restaurant in Carmel by the Sea.
