We love this place and always try to eat there when in Carmel. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Great English style food and tea.

Charming fairy tale setting in the middle of town puts you in that Carmel mood. British tea leaves in a pot with a strainer, not in a teabag, and the scones are super, really the best. Eggs are great, and the staff has always been friendly. This cafe/restaurant has been one of our go-to places for each Carmel trip. But... More

We accidentally bumped into this placed and were captured by it. It's tiny and cozy, no more than 36 people allowed. Their scones are very good, also the orange and berries marmalades. The rest of the food was good but nothing out of the ordinary.

In a charming cottage. Nice scones, and nice breakfast. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Scones are what they are known for here and you can purchase items to take home.

The Tuck Box has been in Carmel for a long time. The menu has changed a little and an outdoor patio has been added since we first started going there. We always feel like we are eating in Hanzel and Gretales house. The scones and the raspberry jam are the best. We usually stop here at least once a year... More

Very quaint restaurant for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. We had the scones, breakfast potatoes, waffle, and tea. Everything was excellent. The service was very good as well. Be sure to try the raspberry spread. We'll definitely go back again!

Tuck Box is one of the cutest restaurants in Carmel! You feel like you are going to Hansel and Gretel's house for breakfast :) Food is terrific and you have to try the scones. My husband and I went with our 5 kids and everyone liked what they ordered. We would highly recommend Tuck Box!

Found this little restaurant walking around before breakfast. Wish I would have known they had outdoor seating but we had already been served our meal when I over heard the hostess mention it. It was a decent breakfast but expensive (I had a special order though so I'm sure that's why). I requested eggs/side of avocado/side of salmon and paid... More

We stopped by to get a snack and some ice tea! Their tea is so crisp and refreshing! The scones are amazing! They said it's a Scottish recipe brought to the United States 60 years ago! The homemade jams are wonderful! I am not a big fan of cherry but the cherry jam was my favorite! Really fun neat place... More
