Dinner as good as lunch!

This place is a staple for our day trips to Carmel. We usually go for lunch as they have great salads and other nice lunch menu items. We adore breakfast and lunch here, whenever we can treat ourselves and guests. Wonderful ambiance, delicious aromas, tasty meals will bring you back again and again.Carmel offers many fabulous places to really enjoy an outstanding meal and this is one of them. Carmel is on the pricey side, so beware of higher prices all over. We do ask for extra... More

A bit more casual restaurant in Carmel, with a very nice patio outside. 3 different waiters attending to us, all of them friendly and service-minded. The food was excellent, try the filet mignon! They also have an exciting seafood-menu that I noticed other guest were very satisfied with. A good five stars here. Made our evening!

I like to sit outside when the weather is good and people watch. Food is good for breakfast and lunch portions are good size, not too big!

Basic breakfast and lunch selections at reasonable prices. The dog friendly patio ( with heaters) is the place to dine with your favorite four-legged buddy. The waitstaff was very dog friendly too.

We went to Village Corner for breakfast. The location was good....the food was average. It's been there forever, so it's a carmel staple. However, we are not sure it was worth the price we paid.

My wife and I stopped in Carmel for a few hours on our way from San Francisco to California City, and after checking out the beach (gorgeous) and walking around the town a bit (very lovely) it was about lunch time so we randomly picked this place as it looked nice, but not too posh, (we were just in shorts/t... We wanted something close to our hotel, and this was recommended by the staff. We sat outside. Excellent service. The menu offered everything from a nice burger to pasta to fresh fish specials. The Mahi Mahi was very good. Prices were moderate and service was wonderful. We will return for certain when we visit Carmel again.

Went here for dinner and the food is very good, along with their fresh bread. The atmosphere is great and the people are friendly that work there. If your in Carmel it's worth a visit.

On our first morning in Carmel we decided to skip the Continental breakfast at the motel and go up to the Village Corner for something more substantial. My wife had Eggs Benedict and I had a stack of Banana Pecan Pancakes with a side order of bacon. Both were delicious. We both like coffee and the staff kept our cups... More
