We have been going there for a number of years now during the AT&T. Lots of locals, good margaritas, and some excellent entrees. The spicy is really spicy so be warned.

Was visiting some friends in Monterey and asked to try a Mexican place while we were out west. Our friend took us here and raved about it. Nice and small was a good way to describe it. The chips and salsa were very good and some of the best that I have had at a Mexican restaurant. I ordered the... More

We dined here last weekend. Discaimer, I am a former Mexican restaurant manager and love me some good Mexican food. This place was just OK. If you are going to charge $4 for your chips and salsa they had better be fresh and warm. Our were not warm whatsoever and seemed a little stale, and this was on a fairly... More

Very authentic, extremely delicious, every bite really tastes like Iyour eating dessert because the sauces and flavors are so amazing!! We were up for Mexican food and since we are here we thought we should try this place instead of going to Monterey or Seaside as usual. Who knows-maybe it would be superior? It turned out to be just as you would expect for Mexican food in Carmel-not bad, but certainly not the real thing either, a bit overpriced (what... More

We had a craving for mexican, so found this little place. Ambience was good, service was average (the staff tried very hard, but there were only two of them to do everything). The corn chips and guacamole was excellent. The fajitas were of a great size but average quality. Also there was no child's menu, which was unusual for a... More

This is our go to spot when we are in Carmel- sometimes we come to Carmel just to eat here! You cant go wrong on anything on the menu. We like to order a few things that are shareable... it makes for a great assortment of food. Everything is fantastic but a few of our favorites are the wings and... More

I went here the other night for a quick dinner and we were greeted by an adorable waitress and a welcoming atmosphere. Their guacamole and salsa was amazing cx I had a shreded beef burrito that was bursting with flavor and very filling :)

We do tex-mex, but we enjoyed this authentic California mexican food, highlighting an excellent mole sauce. Chicken Relleno was very good, as was the enchilada dinner. Margaritas were top notch. fun, small and cozy. It satisfied our mexican fix.
