Katy's is absolutely the best breakfast place in Carmel. My family and I have been going for years and have never been disappointed. Portions are HUGE and food is excellent. Only challenge is that it is a very popular place so if you go, expect to have to wait for a table. The service is amazing and the folks who... More

This is a smashing breakfast/lunch cafe. The menu is great and the service from the manager and crew was excellent. Best place for breakfast in Carmel. Good prices too.

Everyone we asked said to have breakfast at Katy's Place... we did and they were right... It was wonderful. Katy's place is a nice little restaurant tucked into Carmel that serves breakfast all day long. They have over 20 variations on eggs benedict... My wife had one of them. I went with eggs and bacon. Yes, it is expensive but... More

Came here for breakfast because of the reviews I read on here and it was also recommended by a whole family of locals. The place was packed but the service was still quite fast! Very good food! I had the yummy french toast and a side of potatoes. I loved their potatoes! Almost at the whole large side to myself.... More

Again we were stuck in a corner and had to have the people next to us move so we could get out. Food was very very expensive for breakfast and just so so.My pancakes were overcooked and hubby said the biscuits and gravy at Wagon Wheel in the valley were much better than Katy's and definitely better priced.

We went based on the restaurant being listed as #1 breakfast restaurant in Carmel on Yelp It was very disappointing..Service was slow and food was very mediocre. Definitely not worth the price.

This is my favorite breakfast place on earth. They have a huge selection of waffles, omelets, always the freshest fruit, and much more. Great service. Expensive but huge portions and always consistent. A pleasurable experience.

While visiting Carmel we ventured to katy's to try for breakfast. It was such a cute spot and the staff was very kind. The food was great and we loved that the coffee was poured even before we sat down!

You really need to go to Katy's Place for breakfast when you're in Carmel. I had the special of the day: breakfast crepes. My husband had Eggs Benedict. Both were fabulous! The atmosphere is cozy & crazy. Everyone wants to eat at Katy's, so it's crowded, but worth it. I'd say get there before 10am or after 11am.

My wife and I were looking for a diner style venue to grab breakfast and lunch in Carmel but everything is so upscale and we had been eating gourmet for a week and just wanted a good home style meal and Katy's is the place we found it. Don't get me wrong, it is very nice, clean as a pin,... More
