Asian Fusion Hot Spot

A small restaurant with a great vibe. Fresh fish is what you expect and what you expect and its what you get. The sea bass was very tasty. Appetizers are a must and many options are on the menu. A little difficult to find , but worth the hunt.

We went there on a Saturday night early (5pm). The place is very poplar so go early. I had the salmon in a cream sauce and it was fantastic. My wife had the grilled Salmon, also fantastic. We had the calamari appetizer which was also very good. Little hard to find but definitely worth it.

At last, we found a place that was worth the $30 entree. This restaurant is replete with beautiful woodwork, experienced and friendly staff and a great wine list. And the food! I had the Halibut in parchment paper and it was so scrumptious, that I devoured every last bite. We even had appetizers and sundaes and consumed it all. This... More

Flying Fish is a must do when in Carmel. The FF is a mostly fish menu with an Asian twist. The fish is fresh and always well-prepared. A little pricey but well worth eat. make sure you try the calamari appetizer--excellent.

This restaurant is a little hard to find, especially after dark, but well worth the search. A combination of fresh seafood and Asian flavours makes this a winner. The black bean halibut and Alaskan black cod are highly recommended. Service was friendly and polished.

I am a local, and this is my go-to special restaurant. I love the intimate ambience and the food is just excellent. It's a small place - reservations are a must - with an Asian vibe.

First time we've dined here and couldn't have been more pleased. Dishes have an asian influence, are very creative with a wonderful presentation, expertly prepared and delicious. Service was oustanding.

Astoundingly good. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful. Attentive service. Spectacular food. Can't think of anything missing. I would go back tomorrow night if I were in town. Pretty damn close to perfect

We visit Carmel 1-2 times per year, and always make sure to eat one of our dinners here. The food is fantastic! I highly recommend the sea bass or the salmon as well as making reservations ahead of time!
