Looking for lunch we happened to find Flanagan's tucked away in a mall in Carmel, what a great piece of luck. Charming very helpful waitress and wonderful wholesome food, the portions were so generous we couldn't finish everything which had nothing to do with the quality of the food we were just full. We will definitely be returning on our... More

good, affordable food at the Barnyard in Carmel. Had the fish & chips and were not disappointed. I got the "small" order and my hubby and I split it, I couldn't eat it all. be sure to ask about portions because they seem large. but worth it!

Food was excellent. Waitress was as pleasant as she could be even though she was handling the bar and the restaurant pretty much by herself. Fun envirnonment.

It was just good. Nothing to get all worked up about! Tried the chicken wings, garlic fries, and a cheeseburger. All of it was tasty, but totaled to about $25, which I think is too much for a dive-bar type place.

After the food horror of being in Yosemite we travelled to Carmel and arrived tired at the Carmel mission Inn. We needed a meal that wasn't Pizza, Deep Fried or Burgered! After looking at the options around Carmel and travelling with a family we decided that a short walk to Flanagans was a good option. We each had a very... More

We stopped in here after visiting the Carmel Mission. The food was basic pub food but very well done. The mall is is situated is also worth a quick look.

Great place to throw back a pint or two. The Irish stew & soda bread are delish. Nice outdoor patio to enjoy the ocean air while dining.

its a great local pub. don't be put off by the seating at the bar being full ...the staff are on the ball and will notice you. food is ok but it is cheap and wholesome . atmosphere is second to non. once you have been you will return again and again its that sort of place.
