We were very pleased with our recent dining experience at Le St. Tropez. Starting off with a wonderful champagne cocktail, they bring out a free plate of roasted beets, grilled zucchini and red bell peppers and hummus. All very tasty. We started with escargots which were everything they're suppose to be. We both ordered the Sweetbreads, because we love them... More

This is a lovely little restaurant tucked away in Carmel. I chose a simple meal without appetizers or dessert, but my entree, the wild mushroom ravioli, was simply spectacular.

We had had a late lunch and really weren't that hungry - but French Onion soup, OK always have room for that! And Escargot...oh yes, a main meal anytime....we walked i with no reservation as the hostess was accommodating another group with no reservations. She put us outside on their patio, under the heaters, next to a glowing fire pit... More

Great spot for lunch or dinner. They have recently opened an outdoor dining area, nice and cozy. The food and service are great. We had the Penne Pasta and Chicken, both done extremely well. Don't miss this bit of France in cozy Carmel. Carmel Terrific!

Had a late lunch so didn't want a full blown meal. Found this place and enjoyed it very much. No reservation so they sat us by the fire in the patio. Excellent and with cocktails, even more charming:-) Had the French Onion soup and it was delicious. Followed with the escargot which was also very good. Happy campers so off... More

This little gem is nicely appointed in yellow and blue. We read the recommendations for the wild mushroom raviolis and they were the best thing we ate in our 2 days of dining in the Carmel area on this last trip.

A very quaint cozy restaurant that serves a variety of different items from duck and steaks to pizza for the kids. The food is cooked to your liking and always fresh. They carry a large selection of red and white wines for every occasion. This a locals favorite restaurant.

Was hoping for more, perhaps dinner is more exciting. Stopped for lunch on a Sunday - crab salad sandwich was nothing exciting, just the way mom made it years ago; pizza fromage was not bad nor really good either; Overall it was okay, but there are better places to eat nearby.

While wandering around Carmel with a friend, we decided to stop for lunch. Our first two picks had waiting lists so we kept going until we came across Le St Tropez. Since there was plenty of room, we took a table and ordered a half bottle of white wine ($30). The staff were nice, patient while we chatted, looking at... More
