Excellent french food, cozy inside and a delightful courtyard. Service was great and while the restaurant was busy, we never felt hurried. The waiter's suggestion for wine was perfect, we went back 3 more times during our one week visit to Carmel. I especially liked the Escargo, very tender and the sauce was as good as what I've had in... More

The menu looked good, but it was all down hill from there. Escargot was terrible...chewy and flavorless, mussels the same...and arrived cold. Onion was pleasant but arrived cold. Staff was running around frantically, and not happy or polite to each other...well let say it again...bad, don't go there!!!

I go to Carmel often, but this was my first eating here. A group of us gals, had lunch in the courtyard, outdoors. The outdoor dining was quaint and casual. The food was fabulous! We have already reserved an outdoor table, for our next trip to Carmel. We frequently travel with our dogs, and the courtyard is dog-friendly. Service was... More

Sweet restaurant on a great street - Dolores Street is a favorite street for restaurants and shops/galleries...Cheerful - on the French Riviera décor. Fresh oysters were a favorite and the burger and fries were actually very good! We came for a late lunch and service was very good. They have a nice patio/courtyard in the back that would be a... Few menu options...our meals were ok but not outstanding and for the price we were disappointed. We were with a friend who needs to eat low fat and the options were limited to one chicken dish and several fish dishes. The atmosphere was quite nice. Perhaps we just ordered the wrong dishes.

Dined here with three other people. We all agreed that the fourless chocolate cake was just good, but everything else we ordered was spectacular. My sweetbreads appetizer was perfectly prepared and the osso bucco was even better. The French onion soup is advertised as the best in Carmel. It's the only one we've had in Carmel so I can't speak... More

Simply Great Food! My wife tries to do Gluten Free and almost the entire menu can be done gluten free. The dishes were delicious.

Osso Bucco was lovely, and the Gluten Free Chocolate cake yummy. My friend hard Steak and Friites. Nice well decorated restaurant. The booths a little small and you have to squish yourself in the corner. (My friend is expecting, so it was a little uncomfortable getting in and out.) The owner told me they have a patio now and is... More
