This was a great find. I've never visited a deli with this extensive choice in meats and German goods. We ended up eating lunch in their restaurant and buying some German sausage and double smoked bacon to go.

This is hands-down the Best butcher shop in S. CA. Shop nowhere else. This is the Best. The restaurant is great as is the market. The market has a vast array of European specialties. The restaurant features high quality items for extremely reasonable prices. I recommend this to everyone!!

Incredible portions to endless choices the food has always been excellent. Pick your own steak and have it cooked to your taste, add the sides, take it home, back to your hotel or eat it inside or out. I don't think you will be disappointed. Quite unique!

Whenever I'm in Carlsbad (from N. CA) I head here immediately. Wonderful breakfasts with REAL ham & bacon. Great German food & huge portions. And such a variety of sandwiches! I wish there were more restaurants like this.
