We visited while visiting the Carlsbad Flower Fields. While it has history in Fish Tacos, the vegetarian menu was quite delicious. We enjoyed the grilled veggie burritos.

Really good fish tacos! Fresh food with friendly service. Always a favorite! Located in the outlet mall so expect a wait but it's well worth it.

We ate here for lunch and were quite pleased with our food. Our selections were fish tacos and salads. We would not mind returning to this little restaurant for another quick, inexpensive and tasty lunch during our trip. The location is an outdoor shopping center but be sure to dine outside, making the whole experience all the better! Love this... More

When we walked in, we thought it would be "higher end" fast food. But it was so much better than that. The ingredients were very, very fresh and the meals were great. We don't live in Southern California where this chain appears to be based, but if we did, we would frequent Rubio's.

I like this place, the food is fresh, and the people are friendly. We have dined here many times, and also ordered take-away. Quality is very consistent, and the beer is cold.

Rubios is great and a flavor you can't get anywhere else! A must do when you are in the San Diego area. Fish tacos of course are the staple, but everything is great. Add a Stone Ale and you have a true local's meal!

Best Fish Tacos, Awesome Beer battered fish burritos, and yummy lobster salad with the white chipotle sauce. So good!

If you are looking for a good fish taco, this is your place. The rest of their menu is great, too, but they have a great fish taco sauce that makes it my favorite chain in So. Cal.

I have only tried the burrito. The burrito has variety inside it and is filling. The ingredients, chips, salsa are fresh.

Interesting take on Ensenada style fish tacos. I like a little less cabbage and more lime on the tacos when i get mine.
